They are having the most unprofessional team they just took 3 months and after that only copy paste your details to another person’s file in which they didn’t notice the silly mistakes and give it to you for check.If you are smart enough to check it properly then it’s ok otherwise they don’t bother for any thing… after that unprofessionally created file your visa will reject and then they ask you more money for reapplication and every time they present a new person in front of you to deal with the situation .just don’t waste your time with them….

Fraud Alert -Beware Fraud Alert Visa Avenue is a fraudulent company. They sold me a service which wasn't even launched in India completely. I paid a hefty amount and received no direction or information. During the course I received incorrect information as well which severely ruined my chances of ever getting a visa. The communication is non existent. The case manager is severely incompetent. I have escalated several times and have received no resolution. I am considering legal action This is in response to Visa Avenue. I have proof emails of everything I am claiming. I have spoken to your customer service several times but have received no resolution. I am considering legal action against you. If I look hard enough I am sure I will be able to speak and connect with many more of your clients who share my point of view. Please feel free to initiate legal action against me if you feel my claims are not substantial. For anybody thinking of hiring them please go ahead and read all the reviews and see how they are trying to gag and intimidate anybody who is sharing their negative experience about them. Once you hire them you will be stuck and at their mercy. If you share your experience you will be threatened and intimidated. You will be gaslighted. How is it possible that they don't agree with even one negative review. Not once have they accepted their responsibility or shown any accountability.

But this review is going to help a lot of people who are seeking for PR visa and planning to get it done from Visas Avenue..I got into their trap two years before as they had made false claims that my profile is best suited and I have chance to get PR visa in 6 months, and unfortunately till today’s date nothing has been done by them and have taken 2 lakhs from us by making false claims.. Several reasons are mentioned below why don’t get into their trap and waste your hard earned money. 1 Absenteeism of staff , everyday their consultant keeps on changing. 2. Make false promises and take money and then they do nothing with your profile. 3.consultants they have hired possess no knowledge regarding the immigration 4. Every time they ask for money. Guys, please consider this as genuine review and don’t get into their trap.

Worst consulting company. My Canada and Australia applications are submitted through visa Avenue and getting no response from their side for both the applications. Have chased them multiple times even visited their branch in Delhi. They keep on changing the case manager every 2 months and now the new CM number is off. No communication from their side it's 8 months and they just wasting time. It's my request to all don't spend your money on them it's a waste. When they need client they will keep calling you and once the payment is done they will not action and delay the process. Please please don't invest your money.

They are the worst people , don't ever come to them by looking at reviews which the probability is high that might be paid ones. For a simple travel+visitor visa I received a rejection just because of lack of knowledge of their so called competent team. They do not know the basic of an application. They will ask 10 documents from you , will attach those. But attaching quantity is not better than attaching quality. They are self obsessed people who claim to be best in the industry. A freelancer can do a better job than their team. Please do not waste your hard earned money on them. Connect with people giving negative feedback, this might help in decision making.
