They are cheats. Wasted our more than 2years. Their staff is incompetent and don't have correct knowledge. We had more information from Google and YouTube videos than the consultants which visa Avenue assigned to us. They didn't even refund our money inspite of we being eligible for the refund. Beware guys... Never ever take their services. They will just waste your time and will never give real suggestions and you will never achieve your goals if you will be surrounded with VISAS Avenue incompetent staff and their useless advices which makes no sense..

Had a very disappointing experience with Visas Avenue, Delhi office. I was their client from 2018-2023 and I had very high hopes when I met their sales team. However, I saw my dream getting shattered with each passing month. My case managers were changed a lot of times and the most disheartening thing was the knowledge transfer was never done properly. Each new case manager had zero knowledge about my case and I had to explain everything to each and every new case manager. Furthermore, I received zero guidance about improving my score and PNPs. A person opts for consultancy services when they are not well aware of the process and they hope to receive the best of guidance but it was totally opposite with Visas Avenue, Delhi. Had my case been properly handled, I would have cleared the cut off score of 438-439 in Jan, 2019 but due to their negligence, my application was not updated timely and things went totally downhill post that. I am writing this review with a very heavy heart today and I request the management to look into the operations wherein new case managers should receive proper transfer of knowledge/documents for their clients and kindly work on making your team competent enough so that they don't mess up their client's cases and dreams.
I definately endorse recommend Visaavenue for Canada PR .. In brief our journey for Canada’s PR .. My son was in canada on a work permit so it was a difficult decision to select a local Canadian or Indian Agency to help him get PR but finally after lots of research due diligence personel discussion and after going through all options we were certain / confident in taking the service of Visa Avenue .. our association with VisaAvenue started in March 2023 .. ITA was filed in June 2023 ..and finally ystrdy my son received his ECOPR .. Special thanks to Nidhi Masih ( our case manager) for all her efforts & assistance in filing the application / documentation deadlines follow ups etc .. patiently answering all our queries doubts concerns … Again I would highly recommend VisaAvenue & their team for guiding & being there with us all through …

Dear Senior Management, Dolly Breet Das is the most unresponsive manager I have come across in this sector, wherein I have consulted other organizations including the Chopras, her approach is centric towards the service charges payment and nothing else. It is highly unacceptable from such an organization that even the reviews are paid and people are being asked to put in a good review even before the work is done. I have cross checked with other people who have reviewed her in high regards and found that they never availed the services, and one such person was asked to put in the review before the application status was disclosed. Highly disappointing experience with absolutely no professionalism in Dolly Dass.
