My experience with this agency is terrible. I've lost $3,675 USD to this company, which makes empty promises, and of course, everything is protected by a contract that guarantees their success. I just want other people to get good advice before giving money to this agency and its representative, Frank Cross. I'm not the first bad review here, but I hope it's the last. They take advantage of people's dreams to profit, and everything is legally backed up 😖. Mr. Frank, your response will always be that everything is in the contract, and of course it is, that's why I haven't gotten my money back. What isn't in the contract is what Mr. Frank Cross said in every consultation to convince me that I could work with him and quickly hand over that large sum of money. I wrote this review a few months ago (updated February 2025) and I'm just dropping by to let you know that my visa was approved, and not thanks to this agency that abandoned me a month before my previous visa expired. Their exact words were, "Unfortunately, I must inform you that as an agency, we are facing certain difficulties in continuing with your process." But another excellent agency, LAE, took me on and didn't charge me a single dollar. In those 21 days of work, they accomplished what Mr. Frank and his agency couldn't in over six months, even though I had already paid them a huge sum of money for my immigration advice, which obviously included a student visa for the duration of my application. I will continue to update as my process progresses (if Mr. Frank had been in his hands, I would already be out of Australia). Update May 2026: I'm currently in the process of obtaining permanent residency with Atlas Migration. Thanks to them, my dream of having permanent residency is getting closer every day, and I hope to give them the good news as soon as possible. They only required me to pay 10% upfront—a reputable company that knows what it's doing. Unlike this Mr. Frank, who demands at least 50% or 75% upfront because he needs to secure money before everything is finalized and he doesn't receive any payment. I hope this review helps others make informed decisions before entrusting their future and savings to an agency.

From the beginning, the guidance was confusing and inaccurate: they assured me that my profile was entirely viable and that the outcome would be positive, which turned out to be false. Over time, the process stalled, and no concrete results were obtained, despite having made all the payments and submitted the requested documentation. When I requested a review and a proportional refund of the fees, they only responded with automated or evasive messages, without offering a real solution or taking any responsibility. I believe their management lacks transparency, commitment, and professional ethics. They promise support and results that never materialize, and once the money is received, the level of attention and follow-up drops significantly. My experience with them has been frustrating and costly. I am sharing this testimonial so that others will thoroughly investigate before entrusting their immigration process to this company and avoid going through the same situation.

Three years have passed since a process and an excessive payment that couldn't be completed. The lack of professionalism and responsiveness is appalling. There were signed contracts stipulating clauses that applied to my immigration case. To date, none of the money has been refunded (the contract stipulated a 50% refund). I honestly don't recommend them. If you want to migrate (I lived in Australia before), it's better to find more guidance once you're there. Based on my experience, I recommend many other study abroad agencies that do have professional ethics.
We began the migration process with Viva Australia in 2018, and the experience was disappointing. We faced constant changes in advisors, which led to a lack of continuity in our case and obvious gaps in the advice we received. Despite repeatedly asking how to improve our profile, the suggestions arrived late and were unclear. For example, recommendations such as taking the PTE instead of the IELTS or applying for regional residency instead of national residency were always delayed. There was one particularly serious case: we sent all the documents to apply for Tasmania, but they didn't submit the application. We only found out when we followed up two weeks later. Frank's response was that he unilaterally decided not to proceed because he considered it "not advisable," without informing or consulting us beforehand. This is unacceptable in such a sensitive process. Furthermore, it is unfair that they demand most of the money before the invitation, as this clearly leads to a decline in the quality of the advice. On the other hand, the company is 100% dependent on Frank; If he's not there or travels, the whole process stops. Ultimately, we decided to seek responsible and professional advice, which allowed us to obtain permanent residency in Canada.
