Thanks to the excellent advisors they have and have had, the processes are successful. If it were up to the manager, he would simply ignore people, and I'm not just saying this on a personal level. As a former employee, I'm not being paid what they owe me. His behavior towards many clients is also a major issue. He charges for interviews he doesn't conduct; he just shows up and chats on his cell phone (which is what he does best). Even to understand the process, you have to do your own research because he knows nothing. All he does is collect money, ignore you, and threaten people, saying that as a lawyer, he can do whatever he wants. I wouldn't be surprised if, after this review, I receive a threat from him or one of his trusted employees who post threatening audio messages filled with profanity. I absolutely do not recommend this company, neither to job seekers nor to people looking to migrate. They are dishonest and rude. I repeat, they have good reviews because many are from their employees, whom they ask to please write them and tell their families to do the same. They are deceitful. More than four months after my unjust dismissal, which included threats, they haven't paid me what they owe me. They block WhatsApp and emails, and also prevent me from posting Google reviews, so people don't find out how dishonest they are. You can't believe the word of someone who says they're going to pay, sets dates, and boasts that they don't keep anyone's money when in practice it's the complete opposite. I've truly never met anyone so dishonest. I don't know what this company would be without its advisors (and not all of them, obviously). Definitely not recommended, not for starting any legal processes, nor for anyone wanting to work there. They don't pay on time, they pay half the bi-weekly wages, and then they get angry, saying it's because you're not committed. And they still claim they don't pay because, according to them, one of us is rude, when it's actually their trusted employees who send the swearing audio messages. Honestly, they're completely awful.

I wholeheartedly recommend Ms. Paula Ramón, who is incredibly kind, empathetic, and attentive. Thanks to her, we were able to successfully complete our application process. As for the Viva Australia agency in general, it's good; however, we recommend they implement a more organized client system with all necessary information and documents. In our case, we were assigned a different advisor three times, and each time we had to start our story from scratch.
I'll just say that my personal experience with them was terrible. The lawyer in my case never responded to messages, calls, or emails, and when Mr. Frank finally tried to address the lack of respect and basic service, he simply excused the lawyer, saying he was sick and regretted the slowness of my case. Seeing this, I just wanted to withdraw my money and end the process. But they refused to refund me the more than $2,000 USD.
