It seems that silence is one of their core offerings from Principal lawyer stemming right down to their Sydney branch. Extremely unprofessional once you hand over your money. After having issues with the Sydney lawyer not fulfilling his end of the bargain by paying my first utility bills (despite taking the money) I proceeded to have some patience but eventually turned to emailing the principal lawyer for the firm as well as the Melbourne office for escalation and assistance. They all decided to ignore my warnings about Ken their lawyer in Sydney. Be warned. If you need to find a lawyer to settle your property, look elsewhere. They all cost pretty much the same anyway.
