This is the second time I have been helped by Tracy Chen with property settlement. She is very professional and helpful. The settlement of my recent property purchase was delayed, with her insightful knowledge, Tracy offered me advice to argue for a rebate since the fault is not resulted from me but I need to take the unfair delay. Eventually, I have successfully received the rebate from the vendor. I just want to express my grateful feelings to Vstar and especially to Tracy Chen. Without her effort this settlement could just be another case that vendor takes advantage of the customer.
I wanna update my review. After I recently got Permanent resident after 8 yrs of fighting with 3 times at tribunal and 1 time at court. I started consult with Vstar since 2019 before Covid hit. My case was on hold during that time but since my case had called back again. They are very listening and try hard to achieve of my gold in every steps which my case is very complex. I want to thank you to Tao and Amy which they was working very hard on my case. I’m so proud that we won at the court last year then won again when my case went back to tribunal on May 2024. After that not long, immigration requested for health check and police check but something happened again with health examination that health department required another health check but I have to wait at lease 1 yr. Tao and Amy did apply my application with their mention in regard of my visa that I applied for a long time. It has impacted in a good way that immigration concerned about it. So they made decision to me to do health check in 28 days. I genuinely recommend and trust their work. Update 30 September 2024 I’m very satisfied of the outcome that we won the case without going to the court. I consulted with Tao, he’s very helpful and supportive. Before I made decision with Vstar, I’ve been rejected to a fews find a lawyer but at the end I’m very happy that I’ve chosen this company. I want to update my case that it went back to tribunal and we won again. At this time, Tao and Amy had work so hard with the review for my case.
