I’m writing this to help others avoid what I went through. 🔹 What Happened: Before Payment: -They conducted a pre-assessment of both my and my wife's profiles. Based on their analysis, they claimed our profiles were strong and suitable for the PR pathway, which convinced me to proceed. After Payment: -They shared a step-by-step breakdown of the PR process, including guidance on ACS (Australian Computer Society) and EA (Engineers Australia) assessments. -We were given customized document checklists, samples from previous clients, and guidance documents. -Then came the detailed profile assessment—and this is where things changed. They concluded that both my and my wife's chances for PR were minimal, contradicting what was told to us earlier. This realization came within just a week of payment. 🔹 The Problem: -I requested a refund given this turnaround, but it was outright denied. -Despite the early stage of the process, they claimed that “substantial services” had been delivered. Including MARA service, as per them MARA gets involved at later stages while filing VISA application, I do not know or have visibility into what has been done by MARA. Honestly if I know the name of the agent, I would prefer leaving a feedback for him/her on MARA portal too. -When I tried to leave an honest review, I was threatened with legal action unless I deleted it. -Under pressure, I decided to put my PR process on hold rather than continue further. Now, I’m choosing to speak up so that others don’t fall into the same trap. 🔹 Misleading Tagline – “No Visa, No Fees”: Their slogan sounds reassuring but is highly misleading. -You’re led to believe that if you don’t succeed at any stage, you won’t lose money. But in reality, it only applies after the full application is submitted and officially rejected. -During the initial stages, if your profile turns out to be unfit—as mine was—you don’t get a refund, even if you withdraw early. This is a deliberately vague promise, and customers should be very careful about how it's used in sales conversations. 🔹 My Opinion: -They built up false confidence in our profile to secure upfront payment. -Their later assessment showed we had low chances, something that should have been disclosed before payment. -Threatening clients over honest feedback is both unethical and intimidating. Any professional reply they post should be seen for what it is: damage control, not accountability. This post is shared purely to raise awareness and protect others from making the same mistake.
