They are a cheating company, initially I have given 88000 and given my few documents to start my application process , but it never started , now after 4 months I am asking my money back they are denying to refund my money . I asked multiple times , followed up in emails but no response .. what kind of company is this ?????, for how many people they are doing the same thing, they are taking the money and when we ask our own Money in very initial stage they say you have signed on the agreement and policies are clearly mentioned . What kind of policy is this .. it’s a fake and fraud company.
One of the worst visa consultancies I have ever encountered is World Visa Consultants. They repeatedly call you until you pay their fees, and once the payment is made, they become completely unresponsive. My ACS Skill Assessment for Australia PR had expired, and I reached out to Ms. Jyothi for assistance with a reassessment to update my current company details. Unfortunately, due to the negligence of this consultancy, my skill assessment for my current job was marked as "Not Assessable Due to Insufficient Detail" despite providing all the required documents. This irresponsible service cost me the opportunity to apply for Australia PR. The fees I paid—along with the ACS government fees and PTE exam costs—went entirely to waste. When I followed up with the consultancy, their only response was to advise that I reapply for the skill assessment at an additional cost of Rs 30,000, without accepting any responsibility for their mistake. I would caution anyone considering World Visa Consultants for their visa needs. Their lack of professionalism and accountability can severely impact your PR application process.
I have used their services and received my Australian PR. I would like to specifically mention Uma who is part of the Australian visa team who assisted me throughout the process. If you can set your defensiveness aside for a moment, I urge you to reread my feedback. I’m writing this because not only did I receive abysmal service, but it’s evident that many others have had similarly frustrating experiences—and your attitude towards them reeks of arrogance. Are you seriously implying that everything I listed in my feedback is false and that I’m only speaking up to support a relative? That’s not just absurd; it’s insulting. Let me clarify: I am settling well in the US, and no, Jyothi or World Visa had nothing to do with it. Do you know why? Because I ended up doing half the work your consultant should have handled. Maybe you should ask Jyothi who found the available slots. Or ask her if I wasn’t the one who followed up about the missing documents. Of course, you wouldn’t bother recording or acknowledging that—it wouldn’t fit your narrative, would it? Your defensiveness is staggering. Instead of addressing my feedback, you’ve chosen to conflate two unrelated cases and deflect responsibility. For the record, I experienced poor service even before my relative did, and I regret not writing a review earlier. Here’s a suggestion: learn to value customer feedback, both positive and negative. It’s painfully clear that you only bask in praise while dismissing criticism. Is everyone who leaves a negative review lying? Are they all out to get you? Instead of being defensive, try reflecting on what went wrong and how you can improve. I trusted Jyothi with something as crucial as my visa application, and she totally let me down. I paid them to arrange my documents in order, and they assured me everything was set. But when I got to my visa interview, I found out I was missing an important document—one that could have easily led to a denial! When I called Jyothi in panic, she brushed it off, saying it wasn’t a big deal because I ended up getting my visa anyway. That’s not the point! She didn’t do the job I hired her for, and then acted like it was no big deal. The service was beyond sloppy from the beginning. Even getting a visa slot was delayed. I actually had to call Jyothi to inform her that slots were available, and only then did she book it for me. She contributed nothing useful to my visa process whatsoever. Getting approved had absolutely nothing to do with Jyothi. And to top it all off, she had the nerve to pressure me into leaving her and World Visa a positive review! Their response after the process was dismissive, showing me that they only really care about clients who buy their premium packages for things like green cards or permanent residency in other countries. Their laid-back attitude can cost people heavily, and I would not recommend them to anyone serious about their visa process. Stay away if you value your time and peace of mind! PS: After going through reviews from other clients, it’s clear that my frustration isn’t unique. People have raised genuine concerns, and World Visa’s response to them is appalling. They actually have the audacity to say things like, “Why did you choose Canada if the process is so complicated?” How can a visa service show this level of disrespect to clients who are trusting them with life-changing decisions? This is the kind of pathetic attitude they display when people call them out on their incompetence.
We got my 485 visa and my spouse's 485 (subsequent entrant) Australian visa through World Visa. Our Consultant Uma is definitely a huge treasure for World Visa. She made sure, we had all the documents and was aware with the latest rules and updates from the Australian immigration. You can trust Uma with your Australian applications. World Visa consultant , these people are big fraud. Please don’t believe them , they promise something in the beginning and make sure the process gets delayed unnecessarily, they never follow up once you have paid , if you really care for your time and money please don’t go to them , their process sucks and all they want is to waste your time and money. They are not reachable at all for any queries. And please don't go by google reviews those are mostly paid reviews. They genuinely just want money and don't value your dreams and time.
