Do not trust this company. Based on my experience, their customer service has been extremely poor. Once they receive your money, they don’t properly communicate with you or provide the guidance and support you expect. Instead, they keep sending generic templates and responses that don’t address your actual concerns. I also felt that they lacked proper knowledge and guidance throughout the process. I strongly regret dealing with this company. Please be very careful before giving them your money and do your research first. I repeat: DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.
Hi based on my experience, Y-Axis service has been really bad and they keep in touch with you only until you pay the money during the initial phase. After that the communication and service levels decline significantly. I have been trying to contact the person whom I liaised with for 4 months now and I neither get a reply to my messages nor calls. I see a significant decline in their service and responsibilities. This is pathetic. It was totally waste of money around $2,000.
Y-Axis helped us through our Australian citizenship application, and Carlisle Khan and Vinay Kumar were responsive and easy to reach with questions throughout the process. There was a bit of a mix-up with an appointment reschedule but the team stayed on top of everything — from document checklists to test scheduling. Both my wife and I received our citizenship approvals Overall, a smooth experience with good communication and support from start to finish.As with my AU PR done via Carlisle/Y-axis some years back I would continue to highly recommend them.

Very disappointing experience with Y-Axis. Despite clearly informing the team multiple times that I am not interested anymore and after receiving confirmation that my file/query had already been closed, I continue to receive repeated follow-ups, calls, and emails. This has been happening for months now. What is even more frustrating is that the same issue was raised earlier as well, yet there seems to be no proper action taken internally. It gives the impression that either the system is poorly managed or employees are ignoring customer requests completely. I request the owner/management team to seriously review how customer data and communication preferences are being handled by their employees. When a client explicitly asks to stop communication and close the file, that decision should be respected professionally. Continuous unwanted contact after closure is not acceptable and creates serious concerns around professionalism, coordination, and customer privacy. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their internal processes to prevent other customers from facing the same frustration.
Worst service I have ever experienced. I needed to apply for my second Work and Holiday visa. Before making any decisions, I specifically enquired multiple times whether I could apply offshore or if I had to apply from within Australia. One of the agents clearly advised me over phone calls that I could apply offshore. I confirmed this three different times because it was very important for my plans. Trusting their advice, I travelled back to my home country expecting to apply from offshore. However, later, before my visa expiry, when I contacted them again to proceed with the application, they suddenly told me that offshore application was not possible and that they were “helpless.” This situation caused me a lot of stress and confusion because I had relied completely on the information they provided. Due to their incorrect guidance, my plans were affected badly. Thankfully, I later consulted another consultancy, and they helped me with the process properly. I could have formally complained about this matter, but instead I wanted to leave this review so that others can be careful and double-check the advice they receive before making important decisions. In my experience, they first say they can handle every visa type, and then immediately ask for payment. However i havent paid anything prior just for my safe side.This is something I personally noticed during my interaction with them.
