Overall experience with Y-Axis has been very smooth. I'd like to thank my process consultant Mr. Yaswanth and RMA Suman for ensuring the documents were submitted on time and for regular follow ups with me. After submitting my application for the visa they just told I have wait for Australia Home Dept to get back and keep checking my mail frequently. After that there was no more follow ups and the 2 consultants either left the organization or moved internally. In short they waited for the money to be sent and application to be submitted beyond which it was left to Australia Home Dept.
I applied for an assessment through Y-Axis, and I must say they are highly professional and excellent at what they do. Karishma assisted me with my application, and she went above and beyond to ensure everything was completed on time. She was extremely supportive, helpful, and understanding throughout the process.
