I’m a little bit sad about the review process of the documents, it’s quite slow. My invitation is about to expire and it’s gonna be holiday here in Australia. Hopefully there will be more agents in this company who will assist you. I tried reaching out their staff in whatsapp, but no one is answering. I’m in a point in my application where I dont want to push it through and it giving me more doubt to this pathway. I’m a bit disappointed. The agent will call you late at night when you are about to sleep. Hopefully you will improve your services and be more hands on with the application process to expedite everything.

Poor service. I got my invitation few months ago but until now they are not proceeding with my application. But in the joining and registration fee, they are really fast to ask for the payment. I would not recommend this agency. It’s a waste of time and money. They are not responsive to my questions and queeries. They seemed to have low knowledge when it comes to the requirements needed for those people not from india and pakistan. If you want to have a smooth and fast process just look for a legit agency. They will pass you to the agent who are based in india. They always saying at first that my application is in progress and after a weeks, they are not getting back to me. This is infuriating and terrible. I work hard just to pay them a 2500. Seems like they have no plan for my application. When I’m trying to reauest for a refund, they often insisted not to withdraw my application and they will try to deceive you through saying alluring things about continuing your application. Very manipulative. Beware especially those who are from south east asian. I decided to let it go and not to continue my application because of their inefficiency and unfair treatment with their clients.

However, my feedback is aimed at encouraging Y Axis, as a company, to adopt a more client-focused culture. Agents could be more proactive in offering real-time support and understanding the challenges clients face in gathering documents, rather than simply requesting a ton of items based on a standard checklist with a very noticeable lack of involvement in assistance. While clients share responsibility for following up, a more empathetic and flexible approach from Y Axis would improve the overall experience.
