I am dissatisfied with the overall service provided. there was a bunch of language barriers and miscommunication thst causes a confusion in the process. I was given false hope for the finished date and they promised that it will be finished by then, but what i received is gibberish for the money I spent and i did not get anything out of it. the worst experience I ever had. once i received a recommendations of insurance companies I should use, but all of it i cant use since it is based in India and I specifically stated to them that I do not hold any connection with india nor gonna travel from India, it is ridiculous how you could mess up that badly. I asked for a refund and they said that they cant. think twice before using their service or just dont use it at all.

Had tried to avail services from Y Axis but decided not to proceed with them, as their customer focus was incredibly poor and their overall professionalism was lacking. 1. As per their advice, I paid for their 2800 INR CV evaluation, which merely confirmed that I was qualified for Australian immigration via EOI. I had already informed them from the outset that I was a previous applicant and was seeking information beyond just Australian immigration, but no additional insights were provided. 2. I found the assigned agent to be quite unprofessional. The customer agent (Vahida) would send direct emails that were so curt, without even the courtesy of a ‘Hi’ or ‘Hello’ before my name or any form of professional politeness (such as using “please”) and their communication in general was borderline aggressive which often led me to question myself was I the customer here. Most professional services start an email with a customer with “Dear/Hi X or Hi/Dear Sir/Madam. Beats me why you can’t spend two seconds on courtesy. Only group mailers announcing seminars looked professional. Additionally, they would call at random times, even though I had specifically requested scheduled calls. They missed the agreed call time on three consecutive occasions and then provided flimsy excuses for doing so. 3. Their escalation matrix (Amit) was equally unhelpful, as the escalation point didn’t bother to reply or provide an alternative agent, as requested. Instead, they had the same agent contact me again. Y Axis has a long-standing reputation in the immigration field, which is why I initially reached out to them. However, after my interaction, it seems they feel they are too big to be concerned with the needs of a single client and are more interested in easy gains. I am now proceeding with an alternative consultancy. Will not recommend this firm to anybody else either.
