I got to know about Y-Axis from one of my colleagues. They are very professional with their job. From start to end my Process consultant Mr. Kranthi Kumar has been very supportive and helpful. Hi all I wanna share my really bad experience with these people. Two years ago i was planning to move canada because my permanent residency file was refused in australia and they put 3 years ban on me anyways that case was in AAT and whatever y axis team told me i was doing the same way with getting all the documents and i paid them around $4000 but told them to put my file on hold because i was waiting the hearing from AAT. At the end i won the case and i told y axis that you can deduct your fee and rest of the money refund me. First they were like we are doing this process, we need the visa proof from australia and keep making many excuses. But now no one answering the calls and no one replying on any email. So just wanna tell you be careful with these kind of people.
