I have a good experience with Y-Axis so far. Migration Agent Carlisle Khan and process consultant Ashfaq Hussain have been very responsive to all my queries and have done all the paperwork carefully. I appreciate the help that I have received from Chaitanya Kumar and Subhashini Chilakuri for me to have a positive result in my skills assessment. I do not think that I would have made it without their assistance! Really excited for the next steps! Edit: I have edited my review from 5-star to 1-star. After a little over 2 years, there has been a change in my Migration Agent and the person who took over is unreliable and only sends an automatic monthly mailer. She took over since March 2024 and has only replied once to my emails back in March 2024 as well. I have sent her some emails since May 2024 and she doesn't even bother replying. Also, Chaitanya Kumar is unresponsive and he frankly seems uninterested in providing his services further. I was expecting him to act on one of my expiring EOI applications and he did not even bother to update me that there is a need to resubmit only until when I messaged him for a follow up. Now, I have been waiting for more than two months for a follow up from him. I believe this is a very crucial period as I have been reading that there are multiple invitation rounds this year. The more reason that their team should be bucking up and be proactive in the applications. The quality of service has crashed since they first entertained me. It seems that this company only cares on securing clients from the beginning because that's when you pay them their fees. After that, it's every man for himself. Edit 2: They have reached out to me within 24 hours of submitting a review and ticket and have apologised on their shortcomings. I would like to commend the swift action that their team took. I have brought back the 1-star to 5-stars and I appreciate the support that their team has provided.
