Experience was great until payment was made!!(Its mandatory to select one start if not i wouldn’t have selected. They will be actively reaching out to you until you made the payment ringing about 2-4 times a day to follow it up and once it was made, it will be you who will be reaching out to them. Emails (lots of it) will be sent and you’ll be provided with a reply after couple of days and that too, they will send middle of the night. It was one of the worst experience that i ever had. Also they will make lots of false claims and if you agree to it thats it you will lose your money so if you are in similar situation just be firm with your decision.

This resulted in a financial loss of around 2.8k for us. We understand that immigration processes are complex and decisions are made based on the information available at the time, but we hope Y-Axis can take this as an opportunity to strengthen initial assessment checks so clients can avoid unnecessary expenses.
