Absolute waste of time if you hold an Indian passport and you’re applying for a Schengen or other travel visa from Australia. When you call for an enquiry, they’ll patch you through to a rep who sells the dream “we’ll take care of everything”, “you’ll be tension-free”, “our team is amazing” - all complete lies. Here’s the reality: - Two different visa agents based in India (Hyderabad) handle Schengen and UK separately, and they don’t communicate with each other at all. - You’ll end up calling and emailing constantly because no one follows up or cares. - They don’t even have a secure portal so you’re forced to email personal documents back and forth. - I genuinely had to educate their own visa agents about basic Schengen rules multiple times. - They recommended changing my itinerary two months before travel, despite me working with them for six months. I had to send them official consulate links to prove my itinerary was completely valid. - They don’t know basic information yet call themselves “travel experts” - And the final insult, they still filled my application wrong after I provided every single detail upfront. Thank god I reviewed them multiple times myself! Honestly, you’re better off doing the applications yourself and saving your money. The entire process stressed me out when they promised the opposite. They are absolutely not worth the money, the time or the trust. Don’t fall for the fake promises. To the Management: Train your team! Build secure portals! Stop with the lies!
Finally we got our working Visa last week! It was a long 27 months journey and I am still absorbing it as I write this review. A Big Big Thanks to Carlisle Khan, Kranthi and Suraj to drive us thru this long journey with a lot of patience and professionalism. Right from the beginning in achieving success for Skill Assessment process in timely manner to doing Visa application with all base covered.
