“I would strongly advise everyone to stay away from Y-Axis. They only focus on making money by giving wrong guidance, no matter if it’s your hard-earned money or even if you are facing financial, medical, or personal stress — they simply don’t care. Before making the payment, they used to call me 4–5 times a day, treat me very well, and make it sound like I had great chances for multiple countries. But once the money was paid, the responses became slow and unhelpful. This is exactly how they will treat new clients too — nice before payment, indifferent after. The most important point: I never even started my process with them. I only submitted my documents and did not receive any service at all, yet they refused to refund my money. This clearly shows their only intention is to collect fees, not to actually help clients. On top of that, they changed 4–5 officers on my case. A couple of them lacked experience and were not capable of handling the file properly. Some of them even left the Y-Axis team altogether — which makes me believe they don’t treat their staff well either. I even visited their Toronto office personally, but it was closed — and I am not surprised. With the way they treat both clients and staff, they are bound to keep losing offices and popularity.
