The best agency in Sydney. I went through my entire process with them, and both visas I applied for were approved. They take their work very seriously, and Laura was a sweetheart—always attentive and understanding of the stress involved in the process, but she guided me every step of the way. Excellent company and its staff, especially Kelly Vanessa Guerrero, who was my advisor. The only thing that might take a while is submitting your documents and having the required exams done. Otherwise, they explain everything patiently and are always available. My visa was approved the very same day I took the exams and completed my biometrics.
