I had a great experience working with Mr. Yapit for 485 application. I reached out again for a consult regarding my PR application. He always responds promptly and clearly, and he is always willing to answer my queries (with no extra charge, as some agents do) and even gone as far as referring me to a different agent as he did not cover the visa subclass I chose to go with my PR application. I would recommend Mr. Yapit for your visa application process if you want peace of mind and quality work.

Before the COVID Pandemic hits, I had my grad visa 485 refused since I applied by myself and I forgot to apply for AFP document. I approached Yapit for his assistance he had given a lot of good advice even when COVID pandemic hits, he still try his best to give good advices. When the pandemic ended he gave good tips on migrating in Australia on which pathway to choose from. After graduating from my further studies on Masters after listening to his advice, I tried applying the 485 grad visa again with the help from him. He is very patient and understanding with my situation despite my tight hours with part time job and studies. He tried his best to make last minutes amends, double check my documents before submitting the application. With all the efforts. I finally had my 485 visa approved after the failure from the first attempt by myself. Highly recommend his service for those who are applying for 485 grad visa and PR if possible.
