I contacted Yulia to apply for a student visa. The process of communication and completing the necessary documents was well-organized through the information system, which was extremely convenient. I received the visa itself three weeks after submitting my documents, which is quite fast considering it was in the "Postgraduate Research Sector," where processing takes longer than for a standard student visa. I believe this was due to the thorough preparation of all the documents and the cover letter. I am extremely grateful to Yulia for her help and support throughout the entire process.

I contacted Yulia in desperate need for help approximately 18 months ago when I had received a negative skills assessment when I previously used a different migration agent. Yulia went above an beyond to appeal my case and managed to have the decision overturned.
