On behalf of our entire family, I want to express my deepest gratitude to Yulia Moiseeva and the entire team who worked with us (thank you, Olga and Karina!). 491 visas started work at the end of August 2024 received an invitation from the state at the end of November 2024 I turn 45 at the beginning of December 2024 (the deadline to receive an invitation) May 2025 - received a visa Everything was very clear, understandable, and simple (which was very important for me, someone who hates paperwork and bureaucracy) - Yulia has a very user-friendly platform through which we uploaded documents. As for communication, it was so fast that it's hard to believe we were in different time zones. That was the general information; now, a few personal details. Before Yulia, we worked with another agent and, to put it mildly, wasted a lot of time. Personally, I had already closed the "Australia" project in August 2024, but my wife convinced me to give it a try, and it was worth it. Thanks to Yulia, I was able to 1. pass the English exam and get the required score, 2. confirm additional work experience (the previous agent didn't do a good job, so I had to pay again, but I got the coveted points), and 3. get additional points for my wife's English (the previous agent simply misinformed us, saying my wife was already 45, so she couldn't add any points!). In the end, two weeks before my 45th birthday, when the door closes, we received an invitation. And six months later, a visa :), and I'm off to buy tickets. Choose your agent wisely; as it turns out, not all of them work the same way!
