10 Stars 🌟 🌟 I had a previous agent for 4 years whom didn’t do anything for me. In February 2019 my options were running out and I didn’t trust my old lawyer to do the right thing by me. I called a friend of mine to see if she could recommend a new solicitor for me and of course she recommended Migration Guru. I cannot physically believe within two months of working with Migration Guru I was granted my Permanent Residency on April 4, 2019. After 5 years of a fight it was finally over. I’d like to say a huge THANK YOU to Yoshi who was the solicitor assigned to my case. Yoshi is professional, friendly, approachable and above all so supportive. There were days where things were difficult but Yoshi was always available to reassure the situation. I honestly can’t thank you enough Yoshi for making my dream come through. Hi readers don't know where to start with, but frankly these people are awesome. My cousin introduced me first time with Mr.Irfan Kassam on December 8, 2016 for initial discussion. Started the process in March 2018 and filed the RSMS 187 Direct Entry on April 12, 2017. If you are applying or want to apply for the same visa, yo need to be very patience because it's a very long and stressful process. Make sure the documents you provide are true. As I mentioned in the above paragraph about lodging the application, NOMINATION approved on 15th January 2019 and in the following month February 15th I received a phone call from Mr.Yohsuke (Yoshi) Kanno, Solicitor & Migration Agent (MARN 1794883). I love this guy. He's truly a gentleman. Very humble and polite, you better ask for him if you want to apply for this visa. I forgot to tell you about Mr.Surenthren Mathavan, Solicitor & Migration Agent RMA 1382609 and MR. Joseph Auclair, Solicitor & RMA 1801772. All the people I mentioned are very people but I always will go for Mr. Yohsuke (Yoshi) Kanno and would like to thank him and all other agents for helping me in this very long process. Do not hesitate to contact Migration Guru for any visa(s), they are always helpful.
My company introduced me to Migration Guru and it's has been a great choice! I have been worried a lot because the current visa was going to expire soon and if I can't lodge a new visa in order to get the bridging visa, I have to give up my job and leave Australia. The Migration Guru team was very helpful and professional. Especially Russell and Dee were very nice and patient with answering all our questions and concerns we had regarding the visa application. When we went to the office they always made time for us as much as we needed. The only thing that could be improved from our point of view is, that sometimes it took a while to reach them via email and that we passed on a few times to another person to care for our case without knowing who the new agent/solicitor was. But altogether Migration Guru did a very good job and we successfully got our visa. Thank you very much Russell and Dee!
