Surprised by those 5-star comments filled up the screen... a good marketing and advertising technique! To be honest, I was recommended to MonkeyKing by one of my best friends, he obtained his PR recently with assistance of MK. But the phone receptionist shuts me off when I tried to phone them about my visa support. At the time I attempted to arrange a conversation in person with solicitors, she asked me outright: Do you have $5M dollar 'clean money' to apply for sub-class 188? then ended up with if not, you don't need to meet our agent.... Ok, this is how you market yourself as 'professional' agency? Very disappointed with the attitude and turned up to other agency...
