We were just granted our visa today :) Thanks so much to No Borders, they were amazing! Very on the ball. If we had have tried to apply for our Prospective Marriage visa alone, we surely would have screwed it up, costing a lot of wasted time, and probably would have resulted in a big fail. But Anna and Hamish were very informative, they saved us from quite a few possible mistakes, absolutely recommend these two. They were very professional throughout our 8 month application, regularly keeping us updated and always would find solutions if we encountered any problems. And since we applied mid-pandemic, we definitely took a leap of faith, but you guys gave us the confidence for success. Thanks again guys! Great job! :)
I had a complicated visa situation and was very stressed. In the first meeting, Cindy went through all the legal routes with me and brainstormed on what could possibly be the best solution for me. They helped me with all the paperwork and there was a prompt communication at all times. I was given clear idea of the process and possible issues. At no point, I was kept in dark or given false assurances. The decision to grant visa was quick thanks to all the amazing work they did. The team in Brisbane Team 2 handled my wifes 820/801 visa application and throughout the entire process were great to deal with. Communication was frequent and clear. When I was initially looking for a migration agent to handle this for us I had spoken to a handful of others who were cheaper but instilled absolutely no confidence that the application would be successful under our circumstance. They seemed to be happy to “give it a go” but no guarantees. Not wanting to take a gamble and wait to 2 years to have it rejected I came across No Borders Migration and from the first contact I knew this company was on a much higher level of knowledge and skill. The entire time line was clear from day one and at no time did I feel at all worried that there would be any issue. I was so overwhelmed with joy and tearing at the same time when I got the good news that my kids visa has been granted. That means I'll be able to see my kids again after 11 years, at first I was scared when I went for the first consultation after that everything just started to fall into place No Borders Migration gave me the assurance that everything will be just fine. And yes at last everything went well and to be honest I don't care about the price I had to pay just to have kids with me again I'm complete right all thanks to God almighty and to No Borders Migration for making this possible, everything is possible when you believe it is. We paid close to $300 in advance for a half hours consultation. I sent an email about my case with all the documents for reference to be reviewed before the consultation. I am here in Australia on a sponsored visitor visa, waiting on my partner visa to come through while I study in University here online. I requested for their help to understand what the next best approach would be for me to extend my visa considering my current visa expires in April. The consultant came in absolutely unprepared, asking for time to review documents between the consultation. Her advice to us was "Your previous visa rejection was an incorrect judicial review" and you can read apply for a bridging visa since you have a waiver now. We wasted $300 as those are things we would've assumed ourselves and didn't need consultation for. The bridging visa A came through denied in 2 days. Based on our own knowledge and another consultants advice we have applied for a visitor visa now. Much more solid and useful advice where the consultant understands what you want from them and gives you advice based on that unlike the unprofessional service and advice at no borders. I wish we hadn't spent that $300 here... such a shame!
