The Team at No Borders Migration took on our difficult case with a quiet confidence and total professionalism. Posting a reply on behalf of my Fiance, who had lodged an application through this firm. She had posted a review of her own 10 months ago and then updated it 3 months ago. See below in the attached pics. As my fiance's immigration lawyers, please note that her case has now been pending for over 29 months, which is nearly 2.5 years. I have no idea how long she has to be on a bridging visa and we have not seen any update, effort, or communication from their end on our case. Our experience with this immigration firm has been nothing short of frustration and a long wait and we feel stuck in this situation with this firm representing our case. I cannot and will not recommend this firm to any of my friends or family in the future. During our consultations, we were promised a very different level of service and results, sadly none of which has been delivered in our case. In fact, I do not understand how they can function as an immigration firm when they have cases pending for over 2 years and in the meantime offer no advise or keep in touch with their client. Wish we could give them 0 star for our experience.

The amazing Brisbane Team 3, Mr Jay Son and Helen are the people behind in achieving my approved 491 visa . Though several migaration agency turned down my nursing qualification and given my points are not really promising, this fabulous migration agency nailed the process in just less than 6 months in achieving a Granted 491 visa in the end. Had posted the following review 6 months back. Have been chasing the agent to give me proof of receipts showing my evidence was posted to the immigration office in time. I have been told they'll have to request that information from the courier company. However, I am not sure what happened to the receipts they would have received on posting my documents each time. its been 25 months since my application was lodged (almost 2 years) and I am now waiting to see what the agency will do in my case. My life is on a pause for the last 2 years. There are no regular updates on what they are doing to speed up the results in my long pending case. "If you can, you should choose a different agent. I lodged an application with them while I was in Brisbane and its been a year since i lodged my application. I had to move to melbourne later and they assured me their communication is excellent with distant customers. My migration agent is Maddie Phillips. They were very good at the start with following up to ensure that I paid the money and signed up as a client but now it takes more than a week sometimes for them to reply to my emails. It feels that my case is on the back burner and I have paid so much money that I cant do anything but wait. I dont think they are fighting for my case and I dont feel like a valued customer at all."
Back in 2015, No Borders helped me securing my 457 smoothly, so I contacted them again to get my Partner Visa (820/801). I filled in a questionnaire for them understanding my situations with my partner (now husband), they said I have a strong case and were very confident I would get my visa. I know my case is legit, but I’m glad Brisbane Team 2 helped every step of the way! I really appreciate their detailed and organised approach for this application. They explained everything thoroughly, we’ve got the application submitted within a month. The standard waiting time is 22-26 months, but they reached out every 6 months to remind me to provide updated relationship evidence to strengthen my application. Guess what - I was granted 801 (permanent) straightaway after 16 months of wait! Quicker than expected! Thanks team, Tim and I are grateful for your assistance. Minor feedbacks for future improvements: 1. Would be very helpful if you give applicants suggestion or advise about living in Australia in general, not just application-specific. For example, I wasn’t aware that I was eligible for Medicare the day my application was lodged. I only realised 3 months later, because a friend told me. I could’ve benefitted earlier - and saved money from private health insurance 2. Would be much appreciated if there was a discount when applying for Bridging Visa B through you. While waiting for the grant, I had to travel overseas, which required me to get a BVB. It was quite a lot of money, including the service fee. Thankfully my company paid for it (because it was for business trips too), but would be even better if I received a discount on service fee since I’ve been a client for 2 applications. But hey, I’m glad for everything you did! Thanks so much!
These guys are so unprofessional dishonest and expensive I would not recommend to anyone waste their time and hard working money with this firm Their main motive is making money out of you Wasted my 2 years and $15000 and at the end got refusal and ending up with no option to apply any visa because they put me on bridging visa c because of their fault and later they blamed me it was my fault So irresponsible and unprofessional people In 2 years they changed my visa agent 4 times every time I called them they had new agent that didn’t know anything about my case after explain from the beginning everything every time and later they sorry we don’t know anything u talked with your previous visa agent even most of the conversation through emails Because of them I lost my chance to stay here Please stay away from these people and if same thing happen to anyone from these guys I encourage to complain about them to MARA or contact me and we gather couple of applicants to complaint together More and more complaints will save other innocent people from them So much regret why I dealt with them
My girlfriend was banned from all temporary visas in late 2016. Our only option was to apply for a 801/100 partner visa. The process was incredibly daunting and expensive but the assistance of Brisbane Team 3 and (Ton and Joseph initially and then Noami and Jay) made it much easier than it otherwise would have been. Their communication was great and they were always very clear with what information they required from us and when. The 801 visa took 18 months to get, and the 100 was granted in just 3 months (apparently this is an incredibly fast turnaround for the 100 visa). Overall we would definitely recommend going with them for anyone else seeking a partner visa. - Ryan and Tika.
