We met with the company "No Borders" in February 2018. We have just returned from Europe (he is into Australia, I am into Ukraine). On this journey, he proposed to me to get married and I agreed. But the future was very vague, and there was absolutely no understanding of how all this would turn out. I already had one refusal of a Visitor visa (subclass 600). Employees of the company (Marcus and James) listened to us, stopped our panic and said that in our situation the best solution would be to apply for a visa subclass 300 "Prospective Marriage visa".This is what we actually did for the next 2 months. The application was submitted in April 2018. At the same time (on the advice of the company’s employees) we prepared documents for the Visitor Visa and filed it about two weeks after the “Prospective marriage” (we submitted these documents on our own, but if there were questions, “No borders” assisted us with this). The answer about Visitor Visa was positive, and I finally came to personally with the family and friends of my fiancé. We celebrated the engagement and did many other things. I returned to Ukraine again. My subclass 300 “Prospective marriage visa" was issued to me in early November. An indescribable bouquet of delight, joy and happiness. In December, I came to my dear fiancé, preparations for fulfilling the conditions of the visa began :) (wedding). Throughout this period, we kept in touch with company employees from Brisbane Team 3 and we gradually prepared a package of documents for the next visa (subclass 820 Partner visa). Eva, Jay and Naomi took control of our case. We filed the application on June 17, 2019, set ourselves up for a long wait for a response on the application, and even began to prepare documents for the next shipment. Consideration of documents on The subclass visa 820 can last up to 2 years (!). It is not possible to express in words how huge our surprise was when on August 29, just a little longer than 2 months of waiting, we received a visa! I remember the moment when I found out about this: I sat and looked at one point between this and the parallel universe and I was very afraid that I would wake up. But what happened was a reality :D We want to express our deep gratitude to the company “No Borders” in particular Team 3 Brisbane. I would like to thank No Borders Management for assigning “Brisbane Team 3” Jay and Naomi to our application, They were professional in handling the information and the application and yet communicated to us on a regular basis. Given we only had a short amount of time left to lodge the visa on time, they worked so efficiently and diligently to make this happen. 10.000 dolars and two years, did everything i got asked to and i found out by myself mistakes that noborders was making in my visa application and fixed them by myself and still got refused because of the lack of professionalism, if the guidance would have been the one you expect from paying 10.000AUD i would had gotten my visa in a very short period of time, instead i wasted 10.000 aud plus another 7.000 on formation just to be back in my country with foreign studies that aren’t worth anything. Living the dream.
One of the best migration agency in Brisbane and also they have free consultation! Before I go, I gave them information about my situation and we arranged an appointment. When I went there, Samuel (consultant) was there ready to help me. We had a meeting 3 people including me, Sam and the lawyer. The lawyer has already knew the situation. She gave me suggestions and explained how the process should be. I got all the information I need to know during the meeting including the price of the service they will provide. Until you say that you want to continue with them, they do not charge you any money. In addition, you do not have to decide at that time. It was extremely helpful and they were very friendly, especially Sam!

Guzel and Agnes took their time to explain different options I had, as well as pros and cons for each scenario. Nothing was too much trouble for the team and no question wasn’t answered. They always ensured I understood the process, fees and documents involved. Agnes kindly assisted with the initial stage and when she was due to go on her next business trip she introduced me to Drew. I could never thank Drew enough for his promptness and professionalism involved with the application. When I first walked into No Borders, I was at the end of my tether. A bad immigration lawyer meant my Work Visa had been rejected and I was living on borrowed time waiting to face an appeal tribunal. I was obviously very sceptical after my previous experience and just about ready to give up.
