I managed to get myself into a position that was highly stressful, I had a newborn on the way, I incorrectly filled out a new visa which subsequently got cancelled by the GOV and I was told my time was up, leave in 28 days. No Borders were the only ones equipped with the knowledge to clean up my mess. They layed all my cards out on the table and gave me the options, from there they where straight onto the case and providing you can move fast to help them, they can get it done. I was referred to Kiska Li at No Borders and the Brisbane Team 3 by a friend that had used their services previously and I was not disappointed with their service and I was impressed with their professionalism. I applied for my wife and kid's RRV with the help of No Borders team and received the visas successfully. This is the third instance that I availed their service and am very happy with the quality of it. Cindy, Melinda and Daryl of Team 1 (previously with Kiska & Minji) have been extremely patient and helped me with my many inquiries through my visa application. I would refer No Borders to anyone who'll need assistance in their migration journey (and you will!). There's always room for improvement though and something to keep in mind is that it will be on you to follow-up on your own inquiries and chased for a response as it can take an average of 2 days+ for one reply. Regardless No Borders was always of utmost professionalism. I am grateful to have had the assistant of the whole team, I honestly can't see how I could have done it alone, so thank you so much
