We are so incredibly grateful to Bronwyn for her outstanding support in helping us immigrate to Australia on a 189 visa. From start to finish, she was an absolute pleasure to work with – professional, knowledgeable, and always ready to guide us through each step of the process. Her attention to detail, prompt communication, and genuine care made what could have been a very overwhelming experience feel smooth and manageable. No question was ever too small, and she consistently went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled efficiently and correctly.
We had an appointment with Djamal Vanza, charged 2000 rands for a 30 minutes call. And during the call, he offered us to help with the flight and accommodation reservations, without saying exactly what was expecting from the embassy. We paid… and he sent a refundable booking made on Bookings.com. Don’t you think he could have tell us during our 2000 rands call that we could do that ? 😅 This is so dishonest. And during the call basically he just said « give them what they are asking for ». It was clear he had no idea what he was talking about. And then… he messaged me asking for the checklist I got from the Embassy. Meaning we had more information than him during the call basically! And then… he offered and refund. I said ok for half of it because we spent time with us. And he said no, no refund in the end. That’s it ! We’ve been fooled. I really do not recommend. I am sure you can find a company where more experienced and professional consultants !
Wow, where do I even start? Debbi, Djamal and the team at New World Immigration have been absolutely amazing! The turnaround time for our permanent residency was so fast, I’m honestly still in shock. I expected this process to take forever, but thanks to Debbi’s efficiency and dedication, everything was handled smoothly and way quicker than I could have imagined. David Kendall words cannot express my families appreciation at the 4 week 482 Visa approval you made a reality. You were a comforter when my 10 year old could not comprehend why we were not joining mummy down under. Your extended working hours were encouragement that it will come to fruition. I would NOT recommend this service. They have a great interface and website which lured me in. However, they are a very expensive service for what they offer. If you know how to navigate VFS, just do it yourself. I had to correct documents on a number of occasions. They make you upload all the documents for verification, but then you have to compile everything when you go to the submission office (VFS). They do not accompany you with the documents compiled. I spent more time compiling it this time than in past year when I did it independently. I am now also reliant on them to know the status of my submitted visa. I had paid for an RSA permanent residency visa application with them when I started my temporary visa application. When I requested a refund for the PR because I no longer wanted to use them, I was denied after 3-months of asking with a back-dated denial letter stating that the information offered is proprietary (it can be found on the VFS website). I feel scammed!
Quite simply put, the service we received from NWI was absolutely phenomenal from start to end! Debbi Down and Djamal Vanza were so incredible to work with and they honestly feel like friends now, more than feeling like my agents! Debbi is so organized and efficient, and made the whole process really easy and really easy to understand too. She was always happy and ready to jump onto a call whenever I had a random question to ask. I highly recommend the services of NWI, and if you're lucky enough, you'll get to work with Debbi and Djamal.
Debbi Down - Wow what a star, from finish to end, and we are still not quite done, still PR to do. So from October 2024, we have been working very closely with Debbi. She explained everything that was about to happen in so much detail. I could send her WhatsApps after working hours if I had any concerns or questions. Our Visa process started early October, and submitted end of December and got our Visa now, in beginning of January 2025. Sean and his whole team at New World Immigration is the best. I made a friend with Debbi, thanks Debs, looking forward to our PR journey with you😊 Don't go anywhere for the next two years hahaha!
