I constantly got ads pop up for NWI and once we decided we wanted to move to Australia, we engaged with them. Sean made us feel very relaxed after a Zoom call. We did our research and then started the process with NWI. Great decision. We have recommended them to friends who are also using them for their process. NWI know what they are doing. Some things might seem as its a waiting game, or documents are overkill, but you need to trust them. They do this everyday and know their stuff. Olwen (our case manager) responded to emails quickly, was available for calls (or called back) when needed. If she was not available at that time, on leave, or off sick, and it was just a quick question about a piece of paperwork, whoever answered the phone was able to quickly assist and provide answers. I should also mention we were out of the country for the entire process so everything was on email or a phone call. We were granted our PR visa and it was the happiest day for us. We can now begin this new chapter of our lives with our children thanks to the guidance of NWI and its team.

New World Immigration does an outstanding (exceptional) work. I have had 3 Case Managers so far: Cybill, Constance and Laure. My current Case Manager is Laure. All my Case Managers have been helping me timeously and have been keeping me well informed on the progress of my Visa application. I would like to thank Laure in particular who has been of great assistance by guiding me and providing me with professional advices to make this process a lot smoother.
