10/10!! I would recommend NWI to anyone requiring assistance with immigration to Australia. My immigration agent Debbi was so helpful with everything and could explain the entire process to me, being my first time going abroad. (482 Visa - Temporary Skill Shortage). I was given great advice when I was uncertain about something and Debbi was always available to assist even after hours when documents were requested. In my experience New World Immigration is one of the best, if not the best in South Africa when it comes to immigration to Australia.

Good day New World Immigration. I would like to take this opportunity to give your company a massive big congratulations on yet another satisfied customer. From the start Sean had great knowledge and guidance in how to tackle the immigration journey and what all our possibilities are in getting a visa will be. From Sean, we were very blessed in being in Debbi’s capable hands. Her knowledge and experience was spot on the mark every time. This related to a 482 visa being granted for myself and family. They were both very patient with me being a nervous reck as I now hold the unfortunate record of the longest time delay of 57 days for a working visa. They were both adamant that it would come and had to be patient and they were correct. I have passed on Sean’s details to so many people who have asked me for recommendations to immigrate and will keep on referring people to NWI. So, moving to another Country is not easy and so much planning is involved. We decided to look around for numerous Migration Companies and New World Immigration was very friendly from the start. From my first phone call to them asking a million questions, they were very accommodating. We then selected them because they were friendly, not pushy and understood our situation. I was assigned to Debbi Brown as our case management officer and she ensured that we will make the best application possible to Australia. I was selected for a 186 Visa and Debbi was quick and motivated from the start. There was never a feeling of being another number and she treated us like her only clients, which made us felt that we were in good hands. After 3 weeks after lodging, we were approved.
