Many thanks Luvuyo (our case manager) for all your hard work and dedication throughout our visa application process and for always being available to answer any of our questions. A seemingly clear-cut process was thrown a curve ball due to a technical glitch on submission and payment of our visa application. A whole month of untold stress followed but during this time, a calm and collected Luvuyo managed the process for us and communicated with the relevant authorities until the issue was resolved. In the end we received a direct grant for our PR application. Great service Luvuyo and thank you to the NWI team.
I am happy to share that my experience with NWI has been absolute bliss. Our case manager, Olwen, has done a fantastic job in getting us this far so quickly. I seriously could not of done it without her. She is highly proficient, meticulous and professional. She was never too busy to take my calls or respond to my emails. Her guidance throughout our journey so far has taken a huge weight off our shoulders. I can confidently recommend NWI and Olwen to anyone that needs an agency to ride this wave with you.

We have just been granted a PR visa with the help of Cindy and NWI. It was a tumultuous journey filled with delays, covid lockdowns and multiple legislation changes but NWI stuck with us and got us through. My experience with NWI was that they where the most transparent and forthcoming out of all the agencies I considered. The staff are approachable, friendly and sensitive to your concerns. I was given so much information and advice, long before paying a cent, that I probably could have lodged my aplication myself( that would have been a disaster). The agent fee was more than worth it, the peace of mind of having an expert in your corner is profound. But then I was assigned to Cindy; the staff at NWI are all great but Cindy must be the best, her personal attention and dedication to our case was phenomenal. On many occasions going well above and beyond and with crossed fingers and toes made our Australian dream come true. Thank you New World Team, keep up the excellent work.
