Carlene and Leo are absolute superstars and ave been exceptional partners and support systems as my husband and I have journeyed through this process. So it was a mixed experience using NWI for our visa extension. Their portal and systems are very good and relatively easy to use, so gathering the right documents was easy. However, the day before our extension appointment we still had not received any information. I emailed to check this, and was sent a list of documents we needed to print. Being on a course all that day made it and I'm not sure if I had not emailed whether they would have contacted me. We were then told during our visa appointment that my daughters date if birth had been entered incorrectly. This led to a really stressful time trying to rectify the mistake, something we were paying NWI to avoid. When I complained about this I can't say much effort was made to speak to me and understand my frustrations. So overall, potential to be really good, but let down by poor customer service at the crucial points. For the money it cost I expected more.
For me this is the best relocation agency company out there. I personally worked with Regina Mavura as my case manager and she did a wonderful job with all support in my application process for AU Visa . She did the all the hard work. One can imagine with most correspondence done via emails one would expect a day or 2 for replies but she responded promptly usually within the day or the next morning latest and always with such clarity. I would surely recommend NWI to any of my friends. By the way I got my Visa grant for me and my family. Thanks a lot.
My experience with NWI is a very bitter one owing to the fact that they careless once you have consented to their strigent and 'heartless' terms and conditions and paid, you will be at their mercy. Mrs Shonibare the Nigerian Country Manager showed little or no concern for Clients and Mr Chidozie. They all made it very frustrating for me. I really regret taking New World Immigration as an option! I want to advise strongly not to pay unless useless their terms and conditions are well understood. I have sent the email to your Director as requested. I hope to get a feedback as soon as possible
NWI successfully obtained a Relative's Visa for me in 2017 and I feel that their professionalism merits a return "visit" to assist me with regards to Permanent Residence. However, whilst I appreciate their close contact and hands'-on approach with their customers, perhaps I would take off just half a star if it were possible: The reason for this is that I felt that I was being slightly pressurised, due to my hesitance in my decision to undertake such an important step! However, I am looking forward to dealing with NWI again.

My experience with New World Immigration has been nothing less than superb. Our agent was Olivia Beaunoir and she is simply fantastic, a real asset to NWI. Thanks to her we now have permanent residency in Australia (189 Visa) She helped us every step of the way and made it so easy for us. We could not have done it without her help. She is so dedicated and nothing is ever a bother for her. She was always able to answer every question, no matter how complex and never failed to reply to any of my emails. Her level of professionalism, skill and knowledge is without fault or flaw and we will forever be in her debt. Thank you Olivia, you're the best!!
This is a warning to anyone considering using New World Immigration. This company is unprofessional, incompetent and completely unscrupulous when it comes to honouring their contracts. And despite the registration number on their website, their "immigration consultants" are not MARA registered agents. My partner and I made the mistake of trusting NWI to help us with an Australian PR visa application and to process our skills assessments. They used very forceful sales techniques including promises of guaranteed success to persuade us to sign up with them. We had to pay in full (R32 500) before a migration consultant was even assigned to our case. Our consultant proved incompetent and could offer no guidance on the skills assessment apart from what documents were required. With his full assurance and encouragement, my partner nominated an occupation that turned out to be totally inappropriate to her qualifications and resulted in a negative result from VETASSESS. We were unable to recover the $800 fee for the assessment, not to mention the 4 months’ wasted time. We subsequently discovered that VETASSESS offers a consultation service that only costs $200.We received excellent guidance directly from them. Additionally VETASSESS confirmed that NWI had been wrong in recommending the initial skill assessment and that no competent agent would have done so. So we finally decided to terminate our contract with NWI and requested a full refund due to the erroneous way in which they had handled our case. It took us a further two and half months, numerous emails and phone calls, and eventually threat of legal action to receive our refund even though the manager at NWI freely admitted that the company had been at fault. This of course did not compensate us for the wasted time, stress, and over R10 000 we had spent on the incorrect skills assessment they recommended. In the meantime, the Australian DIBP visa requirements have changed making it far harder for us to apply for PR. Migration to Australia is difficult – rather make use of a competent MARA registered agent to handle your case.
