I just got my 500 visa! It's been a long and arduous journey since May, and now it's finally over. I really didn't know anything about this stuff when I first started doing it. NewStar is so far the most professional immigration service team that i know of so far. They assisted me with analysing my personal circumstances, providing realistic advice, keeping me updated with available options and the practical part of making a visa application. I've always chosen Newstars, from school applications to student visas and I-190 visas. Over the years, Newstars has consistently been fast, diligent, responsible, and trustworthy. I also want to praise Xiyue; her visa application process is incredibly fast. When I applied for my BVB visa, I gave her the documents around noon, and she told me by 1 or 2 pm that afternoon that the visa had been approved—it was frighteningly fast!
I wouldn't say the agency is famous, but Peter Wu is the most professional consultant I've ever met. Whether it's the 485 or 190 visa, his analysis is incredibly thorough, helping clients avoid pitfalls and saving them time. I'll definitely use Peter Wu again to help us with our parent visa applications. When choosing an agency, you absolutely need to find a professional one.
