By the far the best immigration agency. Lodged my parents visa with them 8 years ago and answered my queries patiently throughout these years. I would like to mention Jason here who was quick and was working for me even though their agency was closed for Christmas. He made sure to forward me department of home affairs correspondence on time which enabled me to get the visa on Christmas eve! Hats off to Jason and his team
I highly recommend my agent, Jason Zhang! He's incredibly professional and patient, tolerating my forgetfulness and procrastination. It took three years—starting with my 189 visa and then switching to the 801 visa—he guided me step-by-step through preparing all the necessary documents, reminding me to submit any missing materials and renew my visa. Today, I finally received my PR! Thank you, Jason, for your hard work!
Having lived in Melbourne for 10 years and used several agencies, I've realized how murky the agency market can be. Currently, I find Newstar to be the most reliable. I've conducted several transactions with them, and the agents who assisted me were incredibly patient and professional. Their agency fees weren't the cheapest, nor the most expensive, but for me, their service gave me peace of mind. I recommend Demi.
The student visa application process was delayed due to the pandemic, causing various problems. Nicole was incredibly responsible and patiently explained things to me, communicated with the school, analyzed the various visa risks, and ultimately helped me enroll as early as May! Nicole is amazing! I hope everything goes smoothly from now on, and I'll definitely ask Nicole for help with my visa again in the future.
Newstar is awesome! 🎈 Kirk helped with everything initially; he was very meticulous and efficient. Boya handled the PR application; he responded quickly and was very responsible. Since I was going back to China, my BVB application was a bit late, and Boya helped me call the immigration office to inquire. The BVB and PR were approved together the next day! Finally, I can go back to China! Haha, thank you Boya! ^_^
