Charmaine from Next Chapter Migration went absolutely above and beyond for us in obtaining a Partner Visa for my partner. Charmaine at next chapter migration services once again delivered on the second stage of my partner visa. she took care of the first stage with no issues and then took on the 801 second stage and the visa was granted within 6 months of lodging. everything was done quickly and efficiently and her line of communication was outstanding. again the fees were extremely reasonable and now thanks to her knowledge and expertise I am a permanent resident of Australia. My first student visa and my 482 visa were all DIY. I got my 491 visa invitation in November 2021. I did not want to mess it up so I looked for a migration agent that would help me with the application. Of all the migration agents I talked to, Ms Charmaine was the most helpful and knowledgeable. I opted to only get the "DIY assessment service" where I could still lodge my own application to save money. I thought I would experience a half baked service because I only paid for a specific service but no! She was very hands-on and she patiently answered all my questions plus she gave me excellent advices. After 37 days, I got my 491 visa grant! I would definitely recommend her! I cannot recommend Charmaine from Next Chapter Migration Services enough! So far she has assisted my partner and I in obtaining a temporary partner visa subclass 820. Charmaine was very informative and provided us with a list of documents that was very comprehensive and ensured that our application was decision ready at time of lodgment. She was available for calls and always got back to us promptly when we had any queries. She provided feedback regarding our documents throughout the process to ensure that we received the best possible outcome. True to her word once she found out about the approval of the visa she contacted us straight away to give us the wonderful news.
