Throughout the process of helping my partner Dana become an Australian resident Charmaine has regularly exceeded our expectations. Charmaine really did an excellent job with my partner’s fiancé visa application. In just a span of 6 months, we already received an RFI from DOHA, and after a month, my partner’s fiancé visa has already been granted!! Charmaine assisted us in all documentation, and she made sure that every details are all in place. She was really informative and helpful throughout the entire process, and made it stress-free all throughout. She was really an answered prayer, as at first, I was really hesitant to ask help from an agent, as most agents are not so responsive at all, and just after the money, but with Charmaine, I became assured that I made the right decision. Charmaine has provided me with the best support ever possible for my situation. I could not be happier with my experience with Charmaine. My partner and I applied for the Partner Visa in 2019 and Charmaine has been the best peace of mind. She’s thorough, prompt and on the ball. We used Charmaine as our agent for our onshore partner visa application. Charmaine was amazing, she guided us the whole time managing all of the paperwork. she made sure we had a strong application with everything that could possibly be required. She stayed on top of making sure our application was up to date telling when we needed to provide ongoing evidence and what to provide. We were granted our onshore partner visa in 11 months which was practically record time! She was very reasonably priced particularly for all the time and energy she put into our application. I would highly recommend Charmaine if you require an agent to assist with your visa application.
