Knowing that the visa application process is rather lengthy and that there is a lot of paperwork and changes to keep up with, I decided to engage NTRUST for my visa application process. They explained in detail about the different stages in the process during my consultation and clarified my questions as well. Short background story: One heavy evening from work, I’m searching randomly in google and I found NTRUST and for some reason I feel something light on my chest and I feel hope while reading the positive reviews and videos about them. It’s about the dream of living in a greener pasture that kinda thingy, a.k.a. dream to Australia. Thanks to our account manager Ginny and the NTRUST Team! We’ve got our PR Visa after 11 months of waiting :) The end-to-end process took about 16 months. At our initial consultation with Phillip, he was straightforward on the risks of our application and was not pushy. Post-hiring NTRUST, Ginny has been efficient in helping with our documentation and submissions. She knows the process well and was able to guide us through our queries. She gave monthly updates on the status of our application as well. Thanks, team!
We did the intial review ($300 only in cash) and it was general knowledge they shared which is available easily and post that we mailed them with query (on the certificate we have) no response at all. Initial review was done by Nancy. Additional note post Nancy's reply below: We were never told to submit the documents physically at the office as you only wanted to check my university was recognised or not. Session was recorded so feel free to see the same. And your reply only diverts the blame on me where as if someone is on leave then there should be someone else to help or guide as it is creating single point of failure. Anyway so far i haven't received any reply on the email and today is 16th September.
