Finally, I have gotten my Australian visa after 10 months. NTRUST have been there for me since day 1 and guided me all the way until the end of my application. Initially I tried to put in an application on my own and experienced a negative skills assessment outcome. It was after the consultation that I have realized the underlying basis for which my understanding was wrong. I tried to read up the information through online articles and other social media platforms but yet I was wrong. Simply the best you can ask for in a migration agent. We just got our PR after months of uncertainty and anxiety. Having just completed a consultation at NTRUST I’m glad they are professional, competent and well versed with regard to partnership visas. Singapore is still not very open certain issues and when exploring the option of marrying in Australia, I chanced upon NTRUST as a firm who is not shy about charging a consultation fee. I am really glad that NTRUST charges for consultations and will say that IT’S TOTALLY WORTH IT My partner and I managed to get all the information we needed to make an informed decision!
Exactly started my migration process by attending a webinar on 27th July 2022. Webinar gave an overview, with Phillip leading the webinar. Got a good feeling and immediately signed up for a professional consultation on the 30th of July 2022. Had a zoom meeting with Nancy and again I felt that she knew exactly what she was talking about and at no point was she trying to “upsell” the agency or the service they were providing. Gave me an overall overview on how the process would go and mentioned that they would help me apply 189, 190 and 491 visa. I started my process on that day itself and Ginny was there at every stage to advice and help me with the documentation and getting the backend stuff settled. Personally I feel that I applied at a good time where Australia was really opening up their migration process but it was also their timely response and their prompt application which allowed me to get invited on the 6th of October for the 189 visa. Because I was keeping up with the invitations being sent out for my occupation, I simply knew that if they had lodged the EOI a week later or something, I might not have been invited. Around 7th October itself they helped me submit my relevant documents and on 4th February, I got my visa granted. I know for a fact that this would not have been possible without their help and I’m extremely satisfied by their service. For anyone who’s considering their service, I will 100% recommend them without a doubt. But I think it’s important to understand that each person’s application is different. The entire journey may not be smooth but you can definitely trust these guys to improve your chances as they know the relevant laws and quota in place to ensure that your application is put forth in the best way possible. Thank you to Nancy and Ginny for helping me on this journey. It has always been a dream of mine to emigrate to Australia and it would not have been possible without your help. I also met Ginny recently after my visa got granted and I remember how even after my visa got granted, she clarified my doubts I had moving forward and was not hesitant in mentioning that I can email her if I have any further doubts or concerns. To me, that was extreme value for my money because it really felt like they actually care about your journey in emigrating to Australia even after their service is done. Went through the initial process of submission of documents and getting skills assessed. Ginny was the executive assigned to assist the process. Sadly, I did not make the assessment. Post assessment, no calls or follow up made from the executive to assist in alternate cause of action. Constant need to push for information and follow up defeats the purpose of engaging an agent. Seems that there is no genuine need to help you. Charging more does not mean they’ll help you which was what I believed. Don’t engage in their services, try other agents.
My journey and experience to procuring my helper’s Australian Visa has been exceptional.
