I've had such a good experience NTRUSTing them with my Australian PR application. Ginny, who manages my application, was very patient throughout the whole time and advice me accordingly. Honestly, in the beginning, I didn't know if it was a good idea to do it through the agency or myself. Spoke to them about my concerns, and they were there to ensure that I made no mistake in any thing of what's needed for a smooth application. Their guidance has helped me tremendously. If you are reading my review now and still thinking about whether to NTRUST or not, I am telling you, please do not hesitate anymore, just start your journey with them NOW and look for consultant Ginny!!! You will never regret your choice. But perhaps you can finish reading our story with them first🙂 We came to know NTRUST almost four years back already. We engaged with Ginny in 2019. Her professionalism impressed us at the first contact and we just felt that she sure will be able to make it for us. And it is proven that our feeling and decision is so correct. She never disappointed us at any single time on any occasion! Ginny did a detailed assessment of our eligibility of migrating to AU and suggested the best and alternate plan. First and foremost was the Language test. I failed my IELTS twice with no more confidence. Ginney gave me great moral support and suggested trying OET then since I am a healthcare professional. So with another few months more trying, finally I passed my OET on Jan 2020. She was just soo happy for me and without any delay, she started our case application immediately! However, while we were just so excited to start our migration journey, nobody foresaw the 2020 epidemic Covid, and soon the butterfly effect came to us, the immigration process was just paused like nobody's business... Suddenly I and my husband felt like been thrown into a deep dark cave. Again, thank god, Ginny was there with us, all the time! How long more? What's the future plan?... I couldn't remember how many times these questions had been thrown to her already. I believe that she herself must have had a lot of uncertainty and felt stressed/anxious too. However, she never showed us any unconfidence to discourage us at any time. She replied to us with tons of emails just to reassure us that situation was still not that bad, we must look forward to it! Covid also in a way affected our family planning as we had planned to add one more family member in AU once we got Visa in 2020 or latest 2021. As all had been delayed and I worried so much about whether adding a newborn in SG will affect our application process due to the uncertainty. Once again, Ginny gave me her professional and sincere advice and reassurance and now our little one has just turned ONE! And she got her visa too! Well, there was actually one more hiccup before this. I, unfortunately, got post-natal depression a few months after the little one was born. Again my sky collapsed, instead of worrying about my own health, I was just soo worried about whether my condition will affect our application! As god knows how much effort we had been put in. Once again, Ginny was there to guide me through. Finally this year the offshore application was reopened. And without further ado, Ginny quickly gave us the best option and suggestion amid Covid's situation. In the end, after three years long waiting, She finally shared her joy with us that our visa has been granted this JULY!!! Words cannot express our gratitude to Ginny and to Ntrust. All the staff are just so friendly and served us all the time with their professionalism. On behalf of our family, I want to say that: Thank you, Ginny! Millions of thanks. Thanks for all your hard work (Only God knows what we have gone through) and for guiding us seamlessly through this toughest Journey ever! You have changed our life which we have been looking forward to for years...
We had a long journey accompanied by Ginny from NTrust for the last few years. Not in any way prolonged by Ginny nor Australia but the tiny little organism named Covid19. If there was only one thing I could point out then it would be the ability to keep the goal in mind. While we applied for 491 at the start because that was what gave us the best chance at the time, Ginny, at her own initiative, applied also for the 190 when the opportunity presented itself. AND we got the 190! All thanks to Ginny and team at NTrust. The initial contact was friendly and informative. There were also constant updates from them along the way. Monthly heartaches for me actually but it was all for good accountability. All in all a good experience, marred by the virus and not by NTrust. : )
Extremely inflexible and lack of empathy. Arranged a consultation appointment at 11.45am. However, met a minor accident and requested to just postpone for 1 hour to settle the insurance reporting and was turned down and told that the $100 deposit will be forfeited. During the webinar, they were quick to sell the paid consultation session and called you immediately even halfway thru the webinar. But when it comes to situations like that, they are totally heartless. Would not recommend a company with 0 empathy to handle your migration as things can go wrong and I’m guessing they will either suggest you to topup or forfeit your deposit paid. EDIT: After reading the other 1 star comments just confirms to me that this is an extremely sales oriented company that only cares about making a quick buck off forfeiting customer’s deposit. I should have noticed when they behaved like typical MLM companies pressuring you to make a deposit on the spot for a “discount”. I guess I have myself to blame for trying to get a good deal. But ultimately, I must say the entire experience is like being lured into a company that constantly requires immediate decision using sales pressure tactics. On a brighter note, I must say that the webinar speaker was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
Pretty sure everyone who has gone through an Australian visa application process can attest to how painful it is. I'm so glad that we engaged NTrust to assist us and our visa finally got approved. Ginny has been wonderful throughout the whole process - super knowledgeable and patient. She gave practical and realistic advice and that really helped us stay grounded in our expectations on the outcome. She was also extremely reliable and thorough in checking the many applications/documents we had to file at different stages. She always made sure we were updated without us having to reach out. Despite Covid disrupting and delaying the whole application, Ginny persevered and pivoted her strategy to ensure we could get our visas. I don't think I would have gotten my visa approved without Ginny, so thank you very much!

The initial paid consultation with Philip was extremely informative and I also like the fact that there was no hard selling involved. I recall having a great initial experience consulting with Nancy. Her team and her explored the various visa options with me to Australia and after a thorough and very detailed assessment, found me eligible. After instructing NTRUST to take up my application I was competently and patiently guided through the whole process and ensuing paperwork for 15 months.
