Thanks to the efforts of the entire team, I managed to get my Australian PR today and I am totally elated by it. Your processes are simply unbelievable, as compared with what I have envisaged it to be. It is a complicated process, and I can tell that it is from the amount of things that I was required to do. But, I have total confidence in my account manager and your registered migration agent’s ability in doing the right thing. Thank you! It was worth every single cents of my money that was paid. Once again, I want to extend my thanks to you for my new life in Australia.
Many thanks to NTRUST for a very detailed assessment of my eligibility. I have consulted several agencies, but only with them that I was able to learn the very deep criteria for my skills assessment. If it weren't for their clarifications and knowledge, I could have followed the other agencies advised and overclaim points for myself, and get rejection later.. haha. Surely, they are upfront and honest in all their advice. Nonetheless, I look forward to a smooth and hassle-free processing experience with NTRUST. Will update this later, after I obtain my PR status (fingers crossed).
After attending their webinar, they will lure you to pay $200 with a $100 deposit (weekday off-peak) for an appointment confirmation and balance $100 by cash (No PayNow or card payment) for a 1-1 evaluation and discussion. During the 1-1 they will require you to go to their office, however to my surprise after i reached their office, they setup a zoom call with a consultant who will basically do a point calculation and to do a quote (which business in the world need you to pay for a quote?). Believe or not, they wont provide you a quote unless you do a paid initial consultation. I had met with other agency's who will provide this initial evaluation and zoom call for free that you could attend from your home. NTrust asking clients to go to their office to setup a Zoom call with someone presumably in Australia doesn't make any sense during the Pandemic, they could easily ask the clients to join the 1-1 zoom consultation from their home. Most of their google reviews comes from clients who attend the webinar (which is informative to certain level) and they ask for google review immediately after webinar before attending the 1-1 consultation. Their business practises looks very sketchy to me even-though they are a listed migration agent, so i had decided not to proceed with them. Their time bounded discounts will lure you to part with your money faster than you could think. I would suggest anyone who want to do a 1-1 consultation for $200 or more to reconsider as there are other free options for this initial consultation they are providing. This review is purely based on my experience from their webinar and first 1-1 consultation.
Recommended Migration Agency! I did a consultation through Zoom as I had undergone foot surgery and couldn't go to the center. I had a very insightful and enjoyable session with Mr. Philip. Me as a 21-year-old (at the time of writing this review), I have my whole life ahead of me and Mr. Philip gave me a strategic pathway to increase my chances of getting a PR in Australia and even having a strong base in my field of study. He covered all my concerns in a clear and precise manner. In addition, he even went through my personal interests when I reach Australia soon. I hope to catch up with you again soon and can't wait to dive in this journey to becoming an Australian Citizen!
With the plethora of free services out there, it was difficult coming to terms with the idea of a paid consultation. After attending their seminar, I was convinced to proceed on with a paid consultation. During the consultation, we experienced a wee bit of 'tough love' along the lines of 'if you aren't going to commit to this 100%, don't sign up for it'. This 'tough love / 100% commitment' made perfect sense during the arduous (*shudders at the recollection*) documentation process. It is not for the faint-hearted. Thankfully, we were guided through this process by the patient and steady hand of NTRUST to positive results.
My husband and I went for the paid professional consultation with very specific expectations in mind - partly due to impressive reviews we have read in advance on their website and here on google, and also because of our own experience and background with our current migration agency. We were very particular of what could make us decide to switch. True enough, NTRUST delivered. It was evident that Mr. Phillip is a seasoned consultant who knew what he was talking about. We are persuaded that they provide solutions - all potential routes/options - and they are committed to do the very best they can to make their client's application a success. We also commend Mr. Marvin who has been very patient with us as well, politely assisting us and answering our every question even after the consultation. We thought Mr. Phillip and Mr. Marvin were well-coordinated and handled the consultation professionally despite it being a virtual meeting with the former staying in Australia due to the current flight restrictions. As how Mr. Phillip put it, we place our faith in God and trust (NTRUST) that this work relationship with their team will continue to be smooth and satisfying all throughout the process.

I’ve called to book in an appointment and was told to deposit a portion of consultation fee to your bank account before even seeing you in person. Nowhere in my life I’ve ever heard of such a thing! It sounds like a scam if this is how you’re expecting new customers to book appointment to see you. In all honesty I’ve lodged a complaint on this to verify this. Never heard of an audit trail that involves depositing money to your bank account even before giving the service....must be taking your customers for a ride....
