Since Day 1, NTRUST was very transparent and provided necessary informations. We went for the assessment and Philip was the one who assisted us. Then Ginny took care of everything and was very professional and efficient. Her efficiency gave us alternatives to make sure we will do it right. Ntrust conscientiously guide me through the entire process of migration and its mountains of paperwork. They are clear in their plans for us and update us regularly of the process outcome and expected waiting time. Attended the first sharing seminar and found it informative and helpful. Scheduled an appointment immediately with the principle consultant. He was very thorough and went through the expected steps and timeline of the process with us. We decided to commence the application and found the entire process to be extremely structured. Our case manager Ginny answered all our questions in detail, kept us informed along the way on our progress, any changes to immigration processing time and anticipated timeline. Overall, the process was seamless and efficient - I had a smooth experience with NTrust. Thank you!
I am really grateful that I have chosen NTRUST to assist me in my visa processing journey. Without them, things would have been a lot harder. Ginny is always very prompt in answering my queries and attend to my concern (even it would snowball to weekends or after their working hours). I appreciate the amount of professionalism that they have uphold. I personally would recommend using their service if you are dead serious about migrating and don't mind paying more to ensure that you are on the right track.

Initially we did not have much clue on the fine details required towards our visa application. Especially with the extensive documentation needs, which is one of the main hurdles in the drawn out visa application process.. NTrust guided us extremely well at each of the phases and their knowledge of the alternative documentations helped a lot to expedite our application process. The staff there were very knowledgeable of the procedures and followed up on case with proactive advice, timely submissions and regular status updates (even when we were overseas on holiday.. :-) ). Highly recommended if you prefer to be in safe hands. (Btw, we got our visa grant relatively fast and without much of a hassle..glad that we went to Ntrust)
I highly recommend NTrust to those who want to apply for Australia VISA/PR. Their staffs, immigration lawyers or account managers, are super knowledgeable about the immigration laws and very experienced after handling many different cases. We were a young couple who went through the 189 skilled route and were granted the visa. At the beginning of the process, we thought our situation was unique. NTrust was so knowledgeable that it was able to tailor a solution to our situation, and more importantly, it gave us confidence throughout the process. They were capable to answer almost any question that I asked. The immigration lawyers with NTrust are registered with Australian Government and searchable on internet. Therefore, their activities are regulated to a certain standard. This is a good indication of their credibility. You are paying for 2 things for an immigration agent. Their knowledge of the law/regulation and their experience gained after handling large number of different cases. What you really need is someone who can give you advice specific to your particular situation. You will get all these from NTrust. Before I decided to proceed with NTrust, I shopped around with other agencies, the contrast was clear when you start to ask specific questions. There were agents who were heavy on their publicity efforts, telling you how attractive Australia is, blablabla. But when it comes to specific questions to your own situation. They may not be able to provide tailored advice. Highly recommend NTrust
The following is based off my personal opinion regarding my experience with Ntrust. Long story short, I personally feel that Ntrust doesn't place a lot of care and attention due to my case being more complicated than others. We were not updated on the current changing Australia immigration requirements, and therefore our application was going nowhere simply because Ntrust firmly believed that the only way forward was to get Superior English (after our own research and consultation with their competitors - local and Australian migration agents , we found out there were other pathways we could take). All in, I felt that we have wasted a few thousand dollars on a failed application. I personally feel that they were not doing their best on our case, perhaps due to the fact that it was difficult. Throughout my experience with them, in my opinion, I felt that the fees were not fully transparent. I also received no reply after sending a complaint, so that tells me a lot. They are charging a reactivation fee if I want to restart my case. LOL. Am now engaging another migration agency and application is moving forward.
