We are a married couple in our late-twenties, and have recently received our visa grant. We would like to thank Ntrust for making the whole process a smooth and fuss free one. Although we did read on the application process prior to engaging Ntrust as our agent, the briefing and explanations were so thorough, we would have had a good picture of the whole process even if we didn't read up before hand. During the process, we had to fill in application forms, scan and submit documents (all clearly explained in a check list), sign papers, make payment, schedule and attend medical clearance/police checks. And that's it. Everything else was beautifully handled by the staff at Ntrust, which includes liasing with DIBP and another council that we had to apply through. Information was conveyed clearly, and our queries were answered in detail. Our experience was customized to our needs. Ginny was in charge of our case. Our family engaged the services of NTRUST to assist with our PR application back in 2013/2014. Initial experience with the manager assigned to us was not positive. After sharing our concern with Philip, he assigned Ginny to handle our case and what an excellent help she was! I attended their Seminar hosted by Philip and was convinced that nTrust would be my migration agent of choice. I liked the fact that they had a proven track record and were realistic about the chances of getting a Visa approved and not making empty guarantees or promises. You DON'T need a migration agent to get a Permanent Residency Visa in Australia. Why would you? I mean, it's just lots of paperwork, timely email communications with border officials, paper verifications, keeping updated with visa application windows, keeping to timeline and lots of online research and reading up. If you can do all these by yourself and have time on your side, then save the thousands of dollars that you are going to spend on any migration agent. There are people who have successfully obtained PRs without agents. However, if you want your visa application to be done by people who actually ARE familiar with the whole process, I can only say go to a trusted, reputable and licensed migration agent to handle your application. Every visa application is unique and never straightforward. That's where NTrust comes into the picture. Throughout the whole process, NTrust guided us throughout the whole visa application process. Take note - if you expect to be hand-held and spoon-fed all the way, how are you even going to survive in Australia? There WILL be some filling up of forms and photocopying of certifications, writing of resumes on your part - all of which require timely submission. I guess to sum it up, the migration process (to Australia) is like a road trip. If you do it by yourself, it's like driving through back-roads and junctions using a traditional map to reach your destination. Using a good migration agent is like driving using GPS - you get info which route is the shortest, or the fastest, or which roads have congestion. Either way, nobody can guarantee your success (it is progressively harder to get into Australia), but using a good agent will make the journey better. I cannot speak for and compare with other migration agents, but given my circumstances, I would recommend NTrust for their service. A special shoutout to Maria from NTrust who took care of our visa from start to end, and whom we still contact for advice after our visa was granted.
We were served by Philip Sim, who comes off as an arrogant and dramatic performer who has no intention of doing work needed in giving professional advice. Philip spoke to us in a very condescending manner, gave no professional advice, told us that if we wanted professional and polite service we should go elsewhere, told my partner that he didn't like him and his only advice to us was to get married and that an ROM could be done over our lunch break. The $250 was a complete waste of money and even though it was their consultant who was rude and cancelled the appointment NTRUST is struggling to apologise and to arrange for a refund. The follow up service is sluggish. I have yet to speak to anyone from management.
