I am so excited with the team at PTA, my visa has been approved within three working days after my eMedical case has been submitted. eMedical Case Submitted: Wednesday 9th July 2025 Visa Grant: Tuesday 15 July I would like to take this time to appreciate the Enrolment team (Sara Cullen & Jay Jurado) and the Visa Team (AJ Penason) at Pathway to Aus for their support starting with the Applications to Lodgment. My experience was great, I booked a session to talk about my options and next steps, and at the end of all that, I ended up getting my Permanent Residency process done (and eventually granted) with them. Very competitive prices and top shelf service! Very accurate in providing information and support. I already was recommending them to friends with word of mouth method (even before having the visa granted), and I'm really happy I got my process done in a smooth way. I have to say that I also helped myself out by being very organised with documents and planning myself ahead and being able to have everything they would be requesting beforehand, which I recommend to do regardless. Worst experience I've had! I was pursuing a training visa with them and my employer, but I changed my mind and decided not to go ahead with the visa through the company. Instead, I chose a different visa pathway and planned to apply on my own. Despite this, they pressured me to pay $1,100 for their services—even though they knew I would have to wait months to graduate and receive my certificate (a requirement for the visa). I paid in February, but only received my certificate in May. There was absolutely no reason to rush me into payment other than to secure the money in advance, since the application couldn't be submitted without the certificate anyway. All they ended up doing was lodging a draft application, which even included incorrect personal details. When I asked for a partial refund, I didn’t expect to get the full amount back—but they charged me $660 just for the draft and even billed me for the emails they sent me! They literally counted every single email to justify their charges. On top of that, they said they’d only process my refund after my employer paid them whatever they were owed. One of their agents even emailed me saying: “Put some gentle pressure on [employer’s name] to make the payment.” Seriously? I paid Pathway to Aus—not my employer. That issue had nothing to do with me. In the end, I only got $440 back out of $1,100—and all I received from them was a faulty draft and 14 emails. 👎🏽👎🏽
I had a really great experience with Pathway to Aus, and I would like to especially thank Joanne Crespin and Nick Yock for their outstanding support. Joanne was my main point of contact and she did a marvellous job in keeping me updated and guiding me through every step of my Skills in Demand (subclass 482) visa application.
