I chose this agency expecting professional migration advice and guidance regarding study and visa pathways in Australia. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. I paid $300 for what was advertised as a 30-minute consultation, however the discussion lasted less than 10 minutes and my situation was not reviewed in sufficient detail. I felt that my circumstances were not properly considered and that the advice provided was very limited. After speaking with several migration agents, this was unfortunately the least helpful consultation I have experienced so far. I expected more detailed guidance given the importance and financial commitment involved in migration and education decisions. Another concern was the strong encouragement to enrol in courses through partner schools. These courses were presented as part of a “Job Ready Program” pathway, however there was limited explanation of what would happen if a candidate was not invited by the government to apply for permanent residency. This left many important questions unanswered. I was also enrolled in a course that did not include vocational placement, which is a requirement for the Job Ready Program. Later, the course was changed to a completely different trade, without a clear explanation of how this would affect my migration pathway. This created confusion and reduced my confidence in the advice I received. Education and migration services involve significant financial commitments, and clients reasonably expect transparency, accurate information, and professional guidance throughout the process. Unfortunately, this was not my experience. I have kept records of the consultation details and course arrangements in case clarification is required. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this agency and would encourage others to carefully research their options and verify course requirements before committing to any migration or education service provider. We had a really great experience with Pathway to Aus. Our journey to getting permanent residency took about 6 years, and we first met Andrew at an event in Manchester. From that point on, the team guided us through every step of the process and made something that can feel very overwhelming a lot easier to manage.
