I am a very satisfied client, Betsy & Team handled my Permanent Residency case thoroughly. Besty nearly destroyed my chances to get pr back in 2011. She adviced me to put fake company logo to be able to apply for pr in cookery , as the company I worked for was unable to give me 900 hours of paper work but besty misguided me . Back then 900 hours was the requirement . And immigration gave me 21 days notice as my visa was cancelled but because I was already working for different company and I had more then 900 hours of experience and I hired David bitel who is the best lawyer and agent I’m Sydney and eventually pr was granted to me as I was in review tribunal and I won the case . Besty must be sorry on herself aa what she did to me mentally . But thankfully bitel save me .

Highest satisfaction for their services, Jessica and Veronica have been helping me since I finished my study - they helped me applied for 485 visa and then 190, until today I just received my permanent residency. I truly, highly recommend their services. They are always supportive and available, understanding of the struggles (especially during COVID), and very very helpful. They even helped me so that it is possible for me to see my family after 2 years. Supported by their fast and tactful services, I received my PR 3 months after invitation. Also, they are very knowledgeable and up to date about all the processes! There is noone that can better support people in this uncertain and nerve-wracking process. We had an amazing experience with Phillip AU. It was a long journey. My partner contacted Marisa to apply for 485 (dependant) about 2 years ago. It went smoothly with the thorough guidance. Recently, got PR granted (186 direct entry) with a great help from Betsy, who was just spot-on from the 1st appointment till visa granted. Marissa Haryanto was my Migration agent in Philip AU. She helped me time to time during my visa progression. I have always contacted her & asked questions during/after office hours & she always replied answered my questions clearly directly & I did not have to wait for a few days to get her replies. Marissa was helpful, friendly, & kind. It took me only 3 years and half to get my Permanent Visa. I'd say that was quite express. On Immi website it says it takes 12-24 months but I got it only 7 months from temporary to permanent which is amazing! I am so delighted & impressed with her service.
