After tiresome search for good Visa agency for partner visa purposes - when one (sole) agent asked quite blown-up price but refused to provide any contract (as required by law) and another agent which over paid interview refused to take our case declaring that our evidence does not prove the existence of de-facto partnership - we finely found RedEarth Migration agents. What we liked was fair/reasonable fee for their services, good neat office space in Osborne Park where we could come and talk in face to face meetings, range of visa consultants to choose from and friendly atmosphere. We were happy to find consultant of European descent (Gabriela) which seemed to understand from where we are coming from and particulars of our case. While the majority of work was still residing on our side, the support and team work resulted in double grant of partner and permanent visa within 7 months.
Was crying my eyes out and got treated like a robot , didn’t even offer me a tissue , I attended this service while visibly distressed and was shocked by the complete lack of empathy shown by staff. I was treated in a cold, dismissive, and impersonal manner, with no reassurance or basic compassion offered. I came seeking advice and support but left feeling significantly worse, including experiencing a panic attack shortly after leaving. The interaction felt purely transactional, as though the priority was payment rather than client care. Overall, the service was unprofessional and deeply disappointing. I would not recommend this business to anyone looking for genuine support or guidance. To add to this, I received a phone call while driving home — I initially assumed it was to check on my wellbeing given the state I had left in. Instead, it was to ask whether I had paid, despite payment already being required and completed during online booking.
