I am truly delighted to share my positive experience with Red Earth Education & Migration. I enrolled with them for my skill assessment few months ago and recently I received positive skill assessment report. I was not expected to receive it so soon because generally it takes 2-3 months of time or even more. However, due to great documentation and guidance I received by the Red Earth Migration Team (special thanks to Miss Muzayyan) made the entire process easy, accountable and professional. I am also thankful to Mr Tarun who was my first point of contact in Delhi branch. I would highly recommend Red Earth Education & Migration to anyone navigating the complexities of the immigration process — their expertise and commitment truly make a difference.
We went through our university enrolment process with Quinci Kataria, and it was the worst experience we have ever had with an agent. Because of this, we will not be using them for our PR application. From the very start, I felt the agent was not transparent. For example, she told me on a Tuesday that my application had been sent. That Friday, she emailed me asking for my address in Australia. I provided it and asked why she needed it if my application had already been submitted days earlier. I never got a reply. Then, on Sunday, I received an email from the university stating that my application had just been lodged. When I contacted the university directly, they confirmed it had not been submitted until Sunday, almost a week later. I asked Quinci for proof of the submission time. At first, she sent a simple copy-paste sentence saying, “Your application has been submitted.” When I insisted, she sent a screenshot that did not show the time of submission. She never explained why she had asked for my address after claiming the application was already sent. Also, we had agreed to apply to Southern Cross and Victoria University. However, I later received an offer letter from a university in Queensland I had never heard of. She had applied there without informing me. I also made it very clear, both by email and phone, that I needed a course that was fully online, as I was planning to move interstate. Despite this, she submitted my application for an in person campus in a different state. She assured me it was correct and that I could do it online, but also insisted many times about the date I would move to this state, when I had made clear I couldn't move straight away and that I didn't have a date. I had to contact the university myself to request the change — because the information she had provided was incorrect and I was enrolled for in person class in a different state. In May, I sent her all my documents, including my IELTS results. She failed to attach some of them to my application, so the university requested them again a week later. I had to resend them myself, causing further delays. Weeks later, the university informed me that I did not meet the entry requirements because my IELTS score was 0.5 below what was required. I think this is something the agent should have checked before submitting my application and making me wait through the full assessment process, only to find out I was never eligible in the first place. Overall, the process was slow, the staff were unresponsive, and I had to call and email repeatedly to get answers or correct mistakes. In the end, I had to fix most of the issues myself. The whole experience was upsetting, frustrating, and completely unreliable.
