My partner and I were onboarded by Zaiden and then supported by Kirsten and Team 6 throughout our visa process. We had limited time to submit the application, and it was a paper-based application so incredibly complex. The team guided us through it seamlessly, helping us through every small bump in the road, and worked incredibly fast to get our application in. We've just been granted the visa and couldn't be more grateful - they were very professional but also kind and understanding, which made all the difference. HIGHLY recommend they are 100% worth it, we will be coming back to them for any future immigration needs!

My partner and I used results migration for my 309 partner visa. We had a complicated case with a history of visa refusal and AAT appeal (not finalised). They applied for a BVB in order for me to travel outside of Aus and apply for a 309 visa there whilst still being able to come back to Aus and wait for that result with my partner. It was such a stressful time for us racing between the appeal and the 309 grant! Exactly 13 weeks and 4 days after applying for the 309, my partner visa was granted and I believe it was due to the way that results migration was able to structure my application and ensure we provide as much information as possible, they really pushed us to get more evidence and it worked in our favour for sure! We obtained a New Zealand family visa through this immigration lawyer. I'm glad I used their service because the visa was approved quickly after submitting the documents. However, I felt very uneasy when I had questions about the documents I submitted and couldn't get through on the phone, or when it took 2-3 days for them to reply to my emails. Although I may just be one client from the lawyer's perspective, this visa has a major impact on our lives, so there were several times when I felt unsure whether the visa would really be approved.
