We came to Results in 2020, my partner had to leave in September and we contacted in August. Covid was still causing all sorts of problems, but the staff at Results Migration jumped straight to work, and by the time my partner's Visa was expired she had a new bridging visa. Results knew exactly what needed to be done for our Partner Visa, they broke it down for us and collated the information we sent them in a highly professional and efficient manner. When complications arose they handled it with the same professionalism and efficiency and 3 years later (no fault of Results Migration) here we are with my partner's Visa!! After a long process, and an agonising wait, our Partner Visa has been granted last Friday. Thank you very much to the two team that have assisted us during the process. Team 1, who initiated all of this in December 2020, and Team 7 pushing it through over the past 9 Months in 2023. We were a client with them and I have been sponsoring my partner since Feb 2020. This decision with them was the great move we had done. Our situation was unique and very stressful. It hasn't been very smooth for my partner's visa application, and for me is the risk my partner's visa will be disapproved because of my situation. She talks to another lawyer on your behalf, with your consent, just to ensure the best outcome is achievable. She doesn't act hastily and she think and wait before she makes a move. ABSOLUTELY SPECTACULAR SERVICE I have been dealing with Results Migration, more specifically Dalila and Team 7 since August 2021. They firstly dealt with a AAT Apeal for a Visa Cancellation, which we won and then myself and my partner embarked on a 801/820 Partner Visa which we were just informed has been approved by Immigration. Recently I tried contacting Results Migration on behalf of a friend who needed help with an Immigration Tribunal hearing. I left my phone number three times with the Brisbane 1 800 number and twice with the Gold Coast 1 800 number. I also tried submitting an email request through the Brisbane office, it didn't work; the email service for the Gold Coast office appeared to work. For all my attempts I did not receive a single response. While I understand this business must have an enormous workload, the very least they could have done would have been to contact me and tell me that, but they didn't have the professional courtesy to do this. I would never recommend this service to anyone. Very poor.
Had a very seamless experience liaising with Results Migration team for our visa purposes. A result of this was the visa being processed in about 6 months, against the original timeline of 12-24 months. The team was very methodical and efficient in their approach. This made our decision-making at every step, very easy, by providing us with the relevant information, usually in a timely fashion, with some occasional delays. We want to thank Michael, Sarina and other team members who beat our expectations and made us very happy! In that light, the name Results is highly apt. Highly recommend.
