WORST CHOICE I’VE EVER MADE! Last year I requested a free initial consultation that was advertised on their website. They replied saying that my case was complex (definitely NOT! Ultimately, I did everything on my own and got PR in 2 months) and that I should pay a professional fee before the consultation, but that money would be used in my future application, so I shouldn’t worry. According to Brian, who was the agent talking to me at that time, the professional fee was to be used for EOI submission or visa application ($2200 each) and if I paid on that week, they would give me a discount ($1650 after discount). Trusting their reputation (based on the misleading ratings – note the number of fake reviews online), I paid the fees and had the first meeting with Michael (online meeting that lasted for 15 minutes and was completely useless - he just repeated what was on Home Affairs website). After a few months I gathered all the documents and informed them that I was ready for the EOI submission, and guess what?? They wanted to charge me another $2200 for the EOI submission. I asked them the reason for that as I had paid the fee (with “discount”) in the beginning, and they kept dodging to give me a clear explanation. After calling and sending several emails without getting a clear answer, I went to their office without prior notice, as they said that Michael used to work out of office, but “surprisingly” he was there on that day. The meeting was again useless, and he insisted saying that the $1650 paid in the beginning was the consultation fee (it was supposed to be FREE according to their advertisement). I decided to terminate the contract and asked for the invoice SEVEN TIMES over weeks, as I wanted to report them to MARA. I got shocked when I saw the invoice, as they charged even for the phone calls that I made to ask them to answer my emails! ($44 each) and for the day when I went there to COMPLAIN about my money and their lack pf professionalism (that “meeting” costed $176). The total value of that invoice was $2215.40 and they stated that they would keep the discount and not charge me for the excess LOL!!!! After sending multiple other emails to Sarina and Stephanie, they agreed to return half of my money ($825). Would never recommend these agents to anybody given their misleading communication and lack of professionalism. By the way EOI submission and PR application are easy!!! No need to have an agent at all!
Very professional services my entire seven months to the day for when my visa was approved by Home Affairs. From the get go calling in, to be assessed, to having set up appointment with Michael Saunders, to speaking to their amazing paralegal team (and I called a lot), was a great experience. From sending emails from Canada and having fast responses within a couple of days or less, and being reassured that all. questions of concerned were always important to me. Would highly recommend their team and this company to help you receive and have your visa launched.
Words cant express how incredible results migration have been from day 1 if only i could give more then 5 stars!!! Unfortunately the first time through this visa process was a nightmare after falling in love getting married to my fillapina wife march 2022 we had used the services of another visa (agent) and got completely robbed of $4000 dollars and not even the correct visas were being done we got lied to ignored and felt completely lost lesson learned!!!!! My sister calls results migration (lawyer's) not agent's who have apsalutly no idea!!!! Results migration have been our saviours from day 1 not only received a discount because we had simply already been robbed but gave a discount to new clients results migration didn't even know!!! So not only the best quickest service possible results migration the full team are super humans!!! My self and Mr's Davis are beyond thankful for everything results migration have done for us as ive already pointed future customers towards results migration because they know what there doing always in contact with you and made us feel apart of the process to the point that my beautiful wife be here very soon finally after waisting unnecessary time with an agent!!! So thank you from the bottom of mine and Mr's davis heart's dreams do come true and wasn't possible without results migration!!!

Myself and my partner cannot rate Results migration highly enough! After initially going with a private migration agent and having a bad experience we were worried about who we would choose to go with next - but we shouldn't have been! We personally dealt with Dalila & her paralegal assistant James who were nothing short of professional and supportive throughout the whole process. I was a UK citizen with a previous visa refusal, which eventually ended in myself having to go back to the uk and applying for a 309 offshore visa. The Team made sure that my visa was in the strongest position it could be in before I left and all that was left to do was my medical. 8 weeks after leaving Australia I am now writing this review back in the home I share with my partner on the Gold Coast. Im not saying that this will be everyones experience, but I do believe it was massively down to the extremely well prepared visa from the team that my visa was processed so quickly. I got my partner and my life back in Australia in no time at all and its all thanks to my team at Results Migration. Thank you.
Its been almost 8 years i have been living in Australia. Me and my partner have had unlucky visa process until we met with Christian Dawson and his team. There are 2 main things that your agency should have. Indeed, first one is knowledge of the process, so applicant can have the best suitable visa option to get PR and the second one is accessibility, so the applicant can access when needed. I found these both qualities in Results Migration. We had very complicated visa history. First we met with Christian Dawson. He gave us suggestions and convinced us that we could get our PR. After that we met with Shadi Golchin who took care of our visa application process as if she was making her own application. She always supported us, gave us wonderful advices, prepared our documents very carefully and also responded our emails or calls very quickly. They turned our negative visa process into positive way. We would like to thank to Chris, Shadi and their valuable team and highly recommend them.
I just want to send a big thank you to the entire Results Migration team and a big thank you to Shadi who helped my partner and I with my partner Visa. We got stuffed around by previous immigration lawyers and once we got to RM they gave us the low down of everything including timelines as well. It took almost 3 years to get everything in order and approved from first consultation (due to COVID everything had to be extended) but RM kept us updated on everything. It was such a big thing for us to stress about but we couldn’t be more grateful to our lawyers at Results Migration for all their hard work and for helping us when no one else would. Now I am able to be with my son and partner and not be in so much stress, Results Migration lawyers gave me hope for the future of my little family. I highly recommend! I would give 10 stars if I could to be honest.
we first tried another migration agent who turned out to be dud and would never return calls .Then we found results migration and fortunately we picked a real caring company who have been with us all the way for the last 2 years , always returning calls and concerns and helping us thru the mine field of Australian immigration .we now have our residency and would like to say to people who do it them selves to save money DONT do that these wonderful folks are amazing and we would like to say a big thanks to the team we were inform today from the results team that my wife mey has beed granted perm residence great news and many thanks to you all for your amazing help thru the migration mine field special thanks to Brian
